    Would you please provide more information about this request? We do not find information about this capability in Airbnb, and would need to better understand the charging scheme you would like to apply to cleaning fees depending on the length of stay. Thanks.

  4. Add a trigger "same day checkin" for complex condition.

    I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. I had to manually send my instructions to the guests since my checkin instruction email is sent 24 hours prior to their arrival.

Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under properties, will not only improve the guest experience, it will also be time saving for the property manager, as he or she will have to answer less questions from the guest. Photos are also universal, so in many cases guest that don't understand English or the languages Hostfully support, can still access the property effortless. I know other PMS does have it.

    Furthermore it is easier to show the guest where to park their car or.

  11. When adding a lead, on the 3rd tab "Stay Details", the default Check-in time is 12:00 AM and the default Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

    It is a bit confusing. It's not a natural feeling to save something that looks wrong compared to our settings. So it would be better to have that Arrival and Departure time be default to the checkin / checkout time from Property Settings.

    1. Click Add lead
    2. Select Checkin, Checkout Date and Property
    3. Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab are changed automatically to the settings of that property.

  16. It would be helpful to send the homeowners we represent updated or new contracts, through our management software and have them saved in their owner profiles. This allows us to quickly see where we stand with them, if contracts need to be updated or edited in anyway, without having to use yet another outside service. Its so easy to lose track of all of these separate accounts we need for our business to run smoothly.

  17. At the moment, users are having issue that no matter they changes the security deposit settings on Property main settings, the SD settings on Bookung.com always shows like below:

    Damage policy options.
    You require a damage deposit from guests:
    - Your guests pay a damage deposit by Credit Card
    - You collect this from your guests: Up to 14 days before arrival

    while users select the option to return security deposit 7 days in account settings.

    Upon checking with T2, it's because we use the default value once there is a SD defined on property, That is a limitation now.…

  18. I want to add a column into my financial reporting that includes PAYOUT ID from Stripe and the channels (Booking.com and Airbnb). My owners require the PAYOUT ID that appears on their bank statments so they can easil reconcile their accounts.
