    (base on channels)

    or

  2. Make the Status dropdown into a multi-select, so that I could show just all On Hold and Booked items, for example.

    Add "Booking Date", "Status", and "Property" to the list in the Sort by drop down.

  3. I would find it very useful to be able to run a report for a period in the future, without having to select Custom and pick a date range.

    Some examples of values I've wanted to use:

    "Next 365 days" - If it's Dec15 and I want to run a Booking Report for the upcoming year.

    "All future" - Get data to help with prediction and forecasting.

    In many UIs, anywhere there is a "This Month" and "Last Month", there's also a "Next Month" option, as another example.

  4. In the Recent Reports list under Enhanced Reports, it would be very helpful to show the filters that were used to generate the report. This would save me having to run the same report over and over when the data didn't change.

    For example, if I run a report for last year, in most cases that data isn't going to be different tomorrow. I should be able to just open the report I already ran.

    Another example: if I run the same report for several properties, having the property shown in the Recent list would make it obvious which ones…

  5. Pipeline: It is often useful to see everything in the pipeline EXCEPT archived leads.

    Add a "Hide Archived" checkbox that when checked, does not show any Archived items. Even just another dropdown option "All Except Archived" might do the trick?

  6. If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

  9. The most useful inbox filter would be conversations where guests have sent messages to us, but we haven't replied yet. Sometimes these get buried, and it requires going through every single thread to look it over. Ideally this would be set up so that automated messages from triggers/templates did not count as replies from us.

    Or possible this could be set up through a totally different field. For example, each message thread could have a status box next to it. Whenever a guest sent a message, it could update that status box to say "Needs attention" in yellow. Then if…

  14. For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

  15. Ability to add a chatbot that would intercept messages from guest and offer them immediate responses to their inquires 24 hours a day which would vastly increase customer service and response time taking pressure off the host to be under the gun responding to guest.

  18. In the pipeline tab there is a Link at the top where you can "see all customers". I would like the option to be able to add customer info manually. This would be amazing for when I meet people in person that say they want to come stay at one of my properties and I could just save their info in their directly. I can then send communications directly from their contact page. This would significantly increase workflow and help with marketing, etc...

  19. It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.

    The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again

  20. I want to set max 4 adults and max 5 children, max 6 occupancy in my BDC listing, and the current design max children = max occupancy -1 does not work for me so I want to have separate fields to set it so it can reflect correctly
