Allow Messages To Trigger By Tag
PMs have added tags to help identify returning guests. They've expressed the desire to create templates that will only be sent to those individuals, but tags need to be added to the trigger conditions in order for this to happen.

Booking updated template to indicate exactly what was changed
At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.
We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

Be able to set up time-based triggers to be fired for example 30 minutes after I receive an inquiry
I have auto responses set for bookings, booking inquiries, and requests to book so that my response rates stays at 100%. However, my triggers happen automatically. I would prefer they take place 30 minutes-1 hour after the question so that I have the opportunity to address the concern.

Variable to pull information on the Services added
We would like to have a variable on auto messages that can say whether some has booked a service or not. For example, we have hot tub as an additional service, and we want to notify the owners that they selected a hot tub.

Character Limit Consistency Between Airbnb and Hostfully
- Public Name in Hostfully only allows up to 49 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 50 characters. I can't type the 50th character in Hostfully.
- Long Description in Hostfully allows up to 499 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 500 characters.

In the rare case we receive a double booking, it will be useful to receive a notification so we are aware of the situation and can take immediate action.

Custom "Thank You" Page URL
It would be nice to have a place for a custom URL for a thank you page, so that after a guest makes a reservation and checks out they can be sent back to a custom direct booking site. This would be very useful for tracking conversions if you are running ads.

Change how booking widget displays unavailable dates from availability settings. (not booked dates)
We do not allow Saturday check ins and we are trying to use the booking widget - However, it looks like our Saturdays are blocked off of our calendar, which will be a deterrent to guests from even trying to book.
It’s not about the ability to block certain days, but on how it’s displayed on the booking widget to avoid the misconception that the days are “booked” already.
For example. on Airbnb booking widget UI,
- Strikestrough days=booked,
- Greyed out= unavailable from host,
- Bold black= available

Ability to use the info from the Pre-arrival form with Mailchimp
we collect all guest data with pre arrival forms so want that other guest information to be exported to marketing platform.
Also would like other segmented information on the guest exported.

Add a trigger condition based on length of stay
We want to add a tim based condition on the length of stay.
E.g For a 1 night stay, our check out message is sent out the day the guests check in because it's set for one day before check out. On most stays that works well, however on a single night stay it gets messy because the guests receive check out details before they even get to check in

Allow setting future dates on Owner Adjustments
With the recent changes to Owner Adjustments, we can no longer create an Adjustment with a date in the future. This is very important for us to be able to enter adjustments that we be recognized in the future and don't want to forget to enter it.

Calendar filter should take into account check in/out restrictions and turnover days when filtering by available date
When searching availability for a specific date range, the results do not take into account turnover days and check in and out restrictions

Adding tax field for Guest Service on Direct booking site
Currently, there's no field to add Tax rate and to apply the tax per night/stay/hour/person/pet etc..
