An owner wants his listing to be on a firm cancelation rate during holiday periods.
the client feels the holidays periods are where they can make the most money. they want to restrict guests from booking and then changing there minds. However they want to be flexible during the other periods so therefore want a cancelation to be strict during holiday busy times and flexible during all other timers.

Preview feature in Message log for failed triggers
Sometimes triggers are failed to send due to missing factors or bugs or something else.
In most of the cases, we can re-fire the trigger and guest can receive the message they need asap, like checkin instruction or pin-code message.
However, in some cases, it takes a little bit longer to solve the issue due to bugs. Thus, it would be much more convenient if we can have "preview message" in Message log and copy the text and send it from our personal email for urgent cases.

Remove & archive blocks rather than delete them, add change-log feature to blocks
Currently when blocks are deleted, there is no record that they ever existed.
This presents an issue if a block is removed erroneously, there is no way to recover the block, or see when the block was removed or by whom.
Further, for active blocks, it is not possible to see who created a block, when the block was created, or if a block has been changed.
What I'd like to see is:
1) Blocks display what user created them and when.
2) Blocks include a log of changes, that include the date of the change, what the change was,…6 votesThanks for your feedback - we can certainly address the labelling of blocks with creator name and creation time in a first phase.

Clues on the calendar to indicate upsold items
I set up services by service providers to upsell them on the direct booking flow. I want to have some indicators on Calendar to see which bookings have upsold items (a pet, etc)

Support updating guest’s email from Pipeline to “See all customers” list especially, Airbnb channel
When updating guest’s email from Pipeline / Lead view, it does not update in “See all customers” list. We have integration with MailChimp which is great and can support us a lot on marketing purpose, but sometimes I still need to correct the email address, especially for Airbnb guests and I have to update it directly in Hostfully.
However, the issue is mentioned as above. So if it’s supported to update guest’s email, it would be great.

Have other info/icons shown on calendar besides guest name/dates
Besides showing which rooms are booked with guests names, it would be helpful to also see if there is a cleaner assigned to the unit at checkout (maybe linked with Turno), if the unit has scheduled maintenance on a certain day, maybe an icon showing if the guest requested early/late checkout, if the unit is blocked there is a note section for reason why it's blocked, etc.

Sync property description in multi languages to Google
Given the property has 2 descriptions and it's currently synced only English, that causes its invisibility in Dutch / French search ranking.
I'd suggest to sync multi language to Google. That'd help with better search position.

As a VRM I would like to have a different agency/owner split per property per owner. Right now, the same agency/owner split applies to all properties that belong to a single owner. Instead, I would like to have different splits per property per owner.

More data of leads
It would be helpful if the lead view has information of lead creator, something like "Created by..." and it can be pulled to Enhanced reporting. As we would love to see how our Booking Agents work.

Add a status marker in pipeline when payment request has been sent to guests - to avoid multiple emails sent
Add a status marker indicating that you or your team have sent the payment request reminder to avoid multiple emails sent to guests. Similar to the marker that is added after Check in Instructions have been sent or the Pre-Arrival Form completed.
