  1. Change the wording on the payment link page from "You are about to secure your booking" to something else. The wording makes it sound like they aren't fully booked (even though they paid money at the time of booking), and could encourage cancellations.

  2. If you click on the gear icon and delete a parent property, it will delete all the children. A warning pop up box may help people avoid this mistake. And include a note to unlink the children first, unless they do want to delete the parent and all the children.

  3. Having a trigger to send a message to guests at a specific date would be helpful for seasonal newsletters as well as recurring things that are date specific such as yearly events, date that kayaks are removed, date that indoor fireplaces are opened up.

  6. It appears that captions don't appear on direct booking site when viewing photos.
    I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.
    They have relevant and important information.
    It'd be great if captions can be shown there.

  10. Currently if I create a Custom Variable, the Custom Data field won't hold its formatting and will send over as a large lumped together message with no enters or spaces. I would like to add Custom Variables with multiple lines such as Check Out Instructions or House Rules etc so I don't have to create multiple Templates for each property.

  17. Since the Inbox is the place I spend most of my time, it would be very helpful if the reservation details in this panel were accurate.

    It currently shows the standard checkin time of the property, which might not be accurate. I'd like to see the arrival/departure time in Stay details tab in the Inbox page.

  20. When activated, the minimum price rule does not seem to generate the desired prices.

    We have a 2-night minimum across the portfolio, but choose to activate the "minimum price rule" so that website users can choose a 1-night stay if they are willing to pay the 2-night rate. However, the price shown for a 1-night stay always seems to be higher (sometimes significantly higher) than the price for the same stay extended to 2-nights. Something is off.
