  1. As a PM, I would like to be able to block dates on all the OTAs except the direct booking site.

    The ability to customize the availability on different channels should be possible.

    This is a feature we have been planning to support for a while. We'll keep you posted as the analysis for it moves along.

  2. I would like to have the ability to send SMS notifications for new reservations to 2 separate phones.

    Many of the properties that we manage have multiple owners and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to each owner. In a lot of cases (such as this one), the multiple owners are a married couple and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to both the husband and the wife.

  3. I have a lot of Rules I add one at a time in the Rules section (bottom) of the Fees & Policies on each property.
    Sometimes I want to change the order they show up or just edit one...
    There is no way to do this.
    I have to delete them all and add them all back.
    Feature request is:
    1) Edit existing Rules
    2) Rearrange the order or Rules

  5. iCal sync can keep the past reservations. While we use this feature since we use all apple products and for our owners.

    We manage several properties and all of our owners use iCal to view bookings or put blocks on for themselves. We also use this for the cleaning business we run. It allows us to have all of our rental cleanings and bookings in one spot, and allows our customers and clients to add dates themselves, taking the burden off of us. Our rental cleanings don't use Hostfully.

    We are just trying to keep all of our calendar items…

  7. When Property Manager views payment details, please provide a breakdown of the Stripe Fees (the ones from Stripe/Hostfully).

    We can not display Stripe fees in the order details, because we do not have this information until the payment is made. The fees can be shows in the Enhanced Reports though, included in the processing fees for the booking.

  8. It would be great if Service Provider calendar only displays jobs assigned to them not all of the jobs related to the property because there may have more than one cleaner.

    Its to reduce confusion with different suppliers. We've had occasions where suppliers just look at the calendar and not the actual jobs assigned. the result was two people turning up to the same job.

  9. When setting a new property directly at Hostfully (HF) to export it to other channels, an option to block dates before launching will make it easier instead of creating and then going to calendar to block dates.

  10. In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.

    Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

  11. Under Properties > Photo tab, I want to assign multiple photos to specific rooms so that when guests click on the main photo for the "Where You'll Sleep" section on Airbnb, they'll be taken to a page with all the photos relating to that room.

  12. I would just like reminders sent to guests who have not yet left a review, if they have left a review then they do not get the reminder,

  14. As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.

    "Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section

    So they should be separated.

  15. Currently the calendar is limited to 6 months in the past and 15 months in the future.
    I would like to expand the future to at least 2 years, if not indefinitely.

  17. I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
    On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.

  18. Any time we make changes in Hostfully, we are reactivating a snoozed or unlisted listing. If I'm trying to work out my pricing and it's too low or change my house rules to address some kind of problem with a past guest, I'll snooze or unlist on Airbnb (my only channel). However, if I change even the description in Hostfully, this reactivates my listing on Airbnb without notifying me. It would be great if Hostfully could send a notification or have a pop up reminder, maybe when before you hit the Save button on the edit screens for the listing.

  20. Best-case scenario would be ai drafts a reply and sends to the appropriate team member (filtered by star). The team member could click accept to post the review reply easily, or edit and then post directly from the pushed notification (within hostfully, or within email, or whatever made sense).
