At the moment when a vrbo guest hits reply to any of my email messages sent through Hostfully and they attach images eg. of their driver's licence to send to me it is auto-filtered out and I can't see them. Then I have to ask them to compose a new email and resend which is a waste of time. If they try to upload their ID via the arrival form it only allows one upload so I usually only get the front or back and again have to ask them to send via email separately or to my phone. Would…

  2. My owners get a text message when a booking is confirmed. Some folks finalize a booking in the middle of the night...would like to be able to send the texts only between 8 am and 8 pm or something like that....so it doesn't wake anyone up.

  3. All trigger messages that are sent to non-guest are sent from "inbox@hostfully.com" and the replyto is "inbox@hostfully.com" This violate our branding and looks wonky. When recipients reply, we never get the message. Not getting the replies has proven very destructive with our service providers/guest experience. Additionally, something about all the email addresses and servers seems to cause messages to not be delivered at all or be delivered to spam.

  4. Would it be possible to adjust the hierarchy of the "Space" Section in the Hostfully listing.

    Currently this information is hidden below "Neighborhood" and "Interaction." It seems to me that it would make the most sense both organizationally and from a customer interaction perspective to have the "Space" section immediately following the long description.

  5. For organizational purposes, it would be nice to manually select the color of property tags. At present different colors are assigned to new tags, seemingly at random.

    With the ability to color coordinate tags, a manager could quickly see if a tag referred to a location, an amenity, rule, or some other category that they have set internally. This would greatly improve the efficacy of the tag feature.

  6. Guesty has an integration with Aloware that seems like it would be really helpful. Guesty is only one of four integrations Aloware has, and since they've already integrated with one PMS, it would probably be relatively easy to integrate with another (i.e. Hostfully).

  7. Include current Stays in the Pipeline filter "Relevant/Arrival Date".

    Current Stays are Relevant and useful when looking at the upcoming stays list.

    I have to Filter "Stays/Arrival Date" in order to see who is staying in which listing, and I would like to see this information all in one place under Relevant/Arrival Date.

  10. When creating a template that includes live links to the marketplace items (Early Check-In/Late Check-Out) the link seems to die once it hits Airbnb messenger. How do we ensure that the links will work as intended on all platforms? The links go directly to the item, such as early check-in, not just to the general marketplace page.

  11. More control over how the contract gets set up.

    Would like ability to determine the structure of the form:
    -where the contract gets signed
    -where the initials go
    -insert variables to make the contract more detailed

    When contesting a chargeback with a guest, you should be able to show them a contract with terms, and demonstrate that you’re actually due those funds (better success if initials are next to crucial terms).

  13. Add "Short Description" as an available field to be used in Custom Templates.

    The only available property name in the Custom Templates field dropdown is the "Public Name" which is the listing description header. This is often too long or provides marketing language to attract prospects.

    - Name of primary contact who is making reservation
    - Availability and blocks on calendars for given properties
    - Number of guests coming
    - This report should not include any financial information

  19. Currently, the rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rent. I’d like the option for the multiplier to apply to all fees (such as cleaning, service, or management fees) to offset Airbnb's host service fee.

  20. In "Notifying the owner about new booking" template, I want to apply more variables about the order than the current existing one.

    E.g Rental Revenue: [{ORDERBASEAMOUNT}-{COMMISSIONOTATOTAL}+{ADJUSTMENTRENT}+{EXTRAGUESTFEEAMOUNT}+{PAYMENTPROCESSINGFEE}]

    But currently, the template variables only support some basic order details.
