    * Refund issued in the lead order.
    * Guest's impatience regarding the delay in receiving a refund, I cancelled the refund directly in Stripe and transferred the funds to the guest. However, despite the refund status being updated to "failed" in Stripe, the corresponding lead order continued to display the refund as "successful."

    ​Feature Request: I am requesting a feature enhancement that ensures synchronization between the refund status in Stripe and the corresponding lead order. Specifically, when a refund is cancelled directly in Stripe and marked as "failed," this status should be automatically reflected in the lead order.

  5. I want to be able to later report on what parts of the country guests are coming from so that I can then spend $ on ads in those areas. (this won’t work for Airbnb bookings)

  7. For example, in 2023, my agency's commission rate is 20%, but it changes to 25% in 2024. However, if I run the report for 2023, the commission rate will be 25% instead of the old one.

    It would be much more flexible and helpful to keep the correct date if we can maintain the old commission rate for old reports and just apply the new one from the date we change it.

  8. A guest booked, left early and vacated the house for 2 weeks. The reservation was confirmed and paid. As a PM, I want to open the rest of the dates (2 weeks) without having to cancel or modify the booking.

  16. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

  18. If we change the parameters of the Owners Statement we then lose all ability to send/upload as an integration. If we use the default with limited information we can push to their portal.

    This needs to be changed so that a revised Statement can be made 'default' within the system. Way toooooo much Admin each month for a basic feature/need
