    The event New message in inbox is working for action sending email only.

    As a host, I want this event works for channel message as well.

    It helps to cover the scenario:
    When the guest sent me a message, I want to be able to trigger to fire a automatically acknowledge message to guest. (Ex: I have received your message and will get back soon etc) when you received their message.

    => It helps to save the responding time in my account. (Airbnb has reviewed the host responding time)

  3. Once I click on sending the owner invite, it disappears and the invite can't be resent. If owners can't find the invite email, they can't log in to Owner Portal. It'd be great to add a tooltip icon saying that the invite can be sent only once. Once the invite link disappears, I want to show the reset password link under that section so I know what to do to regain access for owners and don't need to reach out to support to ask.

  4. Can we make a system template that is a rental conditions reminder, so it can be sent from the pipeline? Currently, the link can be added the Pre-Arrival from reminder system template, but if the Pre-Arrival form is completed, that it is not possible to send that message from the pipeline anymore.

  5. NO - what I am saying is that Hostfully needs to ADD an event called Pre-Arrival form submitted

    we have tried creating an event called booking confirmed with the pre-arrival as a CONDITION and it does not work

  10. A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
    It would be good to have the option to process the second payment thorugh VRBO like how the guest sees it for the first one.

  11. We have a booking page, generated by HF, on our website, currently the flow is
    - Guest enter the date > click on "see all properties"
    - Then the properties that match with the search date will be able to shown.
    - Guest can pick a suitable option from here to book with you.

    Is there a way to skip' the display of the first page and have visitors land directly on the second one without having to click the 'see all properties' button first?

  15. If I have
    - tag A for property 1
    - tag B for property 2
    => When searching on calendar filter for tag A and B on the dropdown list.
    => Property 1, 2 should be presented on the result.

    Right now, only properties that have both tags will show. It currently uses AND functionality.

  16. PMs have added tags to help identify returning guests. They've expressed the desire to create templates that will only be sent to those individuals, but tags need to be added to the trigger conditions in order for this to happen.
