  1. When running the Owner report - All properties, the result we have is one report per Owner, not per property separately. If the Owner account is assigned to multiple properties, those properties' bookings and expenses will be merged into one report, which is pretty inconvenient for both the Owner and Property Manager to have an overview of each property's revenue.

    It would be helpful if I could run an Owner report for all properties and the results were reported per property, so I don't have to select each property individually.

  4. Once I click on sending the owner invite, it disappears and the invite can't be resent. If owners can't find the invite email, they can't log in to Owner Portal. It'd be great to add a tooltip icon saying that the invite can be sent only once. Once the invite link disappears, I want to show the reset password link under that section so I know what to do to regain access for owners and don't need to reach out to support to ask.

  5. Can we make a system template that is a rental conditions reminder, so it can be sent from the pipeline? Currently, the link can be added the Pre-Arrival from reminder system template, but if the Pre-Arrival form is completed, that it is not possible to send that message from the pipeline anymore.

  6. NO - what I am saying is that Hostfully needs to ADD an event called Pre-Arrival form submitted

    we have tried creating an event called booking confirmed with the pre-arrival as a CONDITION and it does not work

  8. When a guest purchases an item via Guidebook Marketplace, we receive an email notification with the guest's name, guest's email, and transaction ID.

    However, when we go to Stripe and look for the transaction, there is no email or guest name linked to the transaction. It's hard to tell which payment is from which guest. Therefore, adding the customer's email and name to the Stripe payment would be great.

  10. From payment checkout flow, the "extra service" always shows as 1 instead of 0, for example Pet fee. That makes some of our guest confused as they don't have pets with them so it would make sense if the number starts from 0.

  11. Current behavior,
    - Go to the calendar
    - Click on 1 specific lead > click on button Create job of this lead > the window create a job manually will pop up
    - However, the job created related to dates and properties, no lead information included so it does not show lead check out date.

    => We want when creating the job manually associate with 1 lead via calendar, it should be included
    1. lead check-in date
    2. lead check-out date
    3. number of guests

  12. Hello, is there a "variable" for the next check-in date? I am looking to put this in a message for my inspector/handyman, in stating the checkout of the current stay and including when the next check-in is, in case there is something to be fixed, he knows how much time he has to fix it.

  14. I would like to be able to customize the confirmation page after guests completed the pre-arrival forms or completed the payments.

    Because I don't want to ask the guests to create account at this point, I can send emails later to them to register if needed.

  16. If we use VacationRentPayment as a payment processor, booking requests get charged immediately. However, VRP does refund the payment processing fee on refunded transactions (if refunded within 48 hours). So the guests are getting charged before they have a confirmed reservation.

    We need to change this behavior so that guests are not charged until PMs agree to take the bookings

  17. I want to be able to move Airbnb/Booking.com reservations in Hostfully without adjusting them on the channel sites to optimize my portfolio.
