Add a way to comp a guest some or all of a booking, with a trackable record
There are many scenarios in which a host might extend a complimentary night to a guest, to address an issue, as a gift, or for employees/friend's.
It would great if there was a way within the Hostfully to comp a night, or a block of nights, while having the booing otherwise behave as a regular booking.
I'm aware that a discount code, or a negative line item could be sud for this purpose, but this is a messy, manual process, and does not create any kind of trackable record that could be used for accounting purposes.

Access and edit guest reservations from "Guest Profile"
Hostfully currently has a Guest list, but it is hidden deep in the UI.
Within the guest's "Guest Information" page you are able to see a history of their reservations (Guest Booking History)
However, you are not able to access a reservation from the Guest record or make any changes to their bookings.
If the reservation records show in this page preformed like the pipeline records, this currently useless feature would become an extremely valuable tool, of particular help with guests with multiple bookings.

Add an at a glance view of services booked to the UI
It would be super useful to have an at-a-glance view of all booked services. At present, it is very easy to miss a service, since service provide notifications do not work correctly.
This could either be a calendar style view, or an addition to the logistics report.

Ability to RECEIVE AND VIEW attachments that are received via email replies from VRBO guests
At the moment when a vrbo guest hits reply to any of my email messages sent through Hostfully and they attach images eg. of their driver's licence to send to me it is auto-filtered out and I can't see them. Then I have to ask them to compose a new email and resend which is a waste of time. If they try to upload their ID via the arrival form it only allows one upload so I usually only get the front or back and again have to ask them to send via email separately or to my phone. Would…

Add the ability to detect an autoresponse to a question. Ie detect a question about early check-in and schedule a response to that.

I'd like to be able to modify the Booking Confirmation web page (not message), in order to be able to add Google Tag Manager tracking to it, and pass booking details into the tracking code:

A guest should be able to pay more than the minimum payment required at registration

Include total $ amount collected in occupancy agreement
Allow users to include the $ amount collected to the rental agreement, as it is sometimes necessary during legal disputes, to show that amount.
Renaming the rental agreement to "occupancy agreement" would also be a more acurate name, since renter laws such as rent control don't apply to Short Term Rentals.5 votes -
Better Designed Daily Report for Airbnb
We need a better designed Daily Report and it needs to include Ongoing stays. Airbnb has this feature and it's such a nice "at a glance" for my entire team to view and get their bearings for the day. This should be on our dashboard -not hidden under Reports.

View all guest information in a single page
I think it would be so awesome to have all the information regarding a guest available on a single printable page. The view order page is most helpful, but it could use a few additional pieces of information. It would better if it included the guests contact information as well as the day of the week for arrival and departure. Currently it shows the dates, but it would be so much easier for me if it showed the dates and days of the week. As a property manager running 15+ properties, I’m increasingly using AI tools like Claude to automate operations, reporting, and owner communication. An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server would allow those AI tools to connect directly to Hostfully data — pulling live bookings, cleaning schedules, revenue figures, and owner info — without requiring custom API development.

We have many returning guests or extending stays. Every time we have to fill all the guest data again manually.
At the previous PMS systems we were use to just choose from the client database and it filled in all data that we had already inserted when the guest came 1st time.The system offered the list of most current guests with the starting letters that we had inserted or choice to search in guest database

Pin/Flag Inbox Messages for Follow-up
Add the ability to pin or flag specific inbox messages that require follow-up action or tasks. This would help property managers mark messages that need attention later, such as guest requests requiring action or messages needing follow-up responses.

notification to host and guest when rental agreement has not been signed.
We need to have notifications sent to hosts when the guest has not signed the rental agreement. We have signature on the rental agreement as a requirement before check in details with the door code can be sent but there is no notification if it doesn't get signed. We want to eliminate the issue of a guest showing up to the property with no way to start their stay.
