  1. At the moment, users are having issue that no matter they changes the security deposit settings on Property main settings, the SD settings on Bookung.com always shows like below:

    Damage policy options.
    You require a damage deposit from guests:
    - Your guests pay a damage deposit by Credit Card
    - You collect this from your guests: Up to 14 days before arrival

    while users select the option to return security deposit 7 days in account settings.

    Upon checking with T2, it's because we use the default value once there is a SD defined on property, That is a limitation now.…

  2. As a VRM, I would like to be able to adjust the header (Extra services you may request with your booking) in the checkout page for upselling items as We think that our header will make more sense for our guests who wanted to add those add-ons.

  3. I want to have bulk edit feature for different pricing periods. Now I need to click on each pricing period from Properties > Pricing tab to edit them . I want to be able to apply the changes made to one pricing period to selected/ all pricing periods.

    - Check-in Date
    - Check-out Date
    - Reservation Date
    - Lead Creation Date
    - Occupancy Date

    Some people would need to set up Fees/Taxes for specific date range, this filter would be much helpful. Otherwise, they have to issue the refunds for those inapplicable reservations which is not really an ideal choice

  6. Checkout instruction on Airbnb kept being updated as blank upon syncing.

    It's a new feature on Airbnb and Hostfully hasn't supported it yet via API (Airbnb PUT /listings.checkouttasks). Instead, Hostfully sends NULL by default, which overrides the updates on Airbnb UI.

  8. Guest pre-arrival form that collects phone numbers instead of email addresses in case guests have to be evacuated from a wildfire.

    If a neighborhood rips through a neighborhood, making contact with a guest via email isn't an effective way to contact all guests to evacuate.

  9. On the property search widget, if a guest enters dates in the widget, it takes you to the page with the properties available for those dates. If you click on a property, then it takes you to the property page, but the booking widget does not auto fill the dates that the guest already selected. It would be helpful to have the dates auto fill that they already entered in the property search widget.

  13. I run a lot of reports, and they start to stack up in the RECENT REPORTS.
    I like a clean house, so go in and delete them when done ever so often.
    But using the Delete button is slow. Love to have either a:
    1) Checklist and bulk delete
    2) Delete by TYPE or Report run
    3) Delete all

    Options.

  17. I have one master and 2 sub units.

    For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.

    Currently this needs to be done manually.

  18. To have an "are you sure" tab before an integration can be turned off. It should not be so easy as to click it when scrolling through the integrations on my phone.

  19. We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.

    By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.
