Better Designed Daily Report for Airbnb
We need a better designed Daily Report and it needs to include Ongoing stays. Airbnb has this feature and it's such a nice "at a glance" for my entire team to view and get their bearings for the day. This should be on our dashboard -not hidden under Reports.

View all guest information in a single page
I think it would be so awesome to have all the information regarding a guest available on a single printable page. The view order page is most helpful, but it could use a few additional pieces of information. It would better if it included the guests contact information as well as the day of the week for arrival and departure. Currently it shows the dates, but it would be so much easier for me if it showed the dates and days of the week. Automatically carry Owner Adjustments to the next month when there are no reservations
A common situation occurs when a property has Owner Adjustments in a given month but receives no reservations during that same period. Since Owner Adjustments are normally deducted from the revenue generated by bookings, this creates an issue: the system shows the adjustment even though there is no revenue to offset it against.
Solution:
Add an option for the reporting system to automatically detect when a property has Owner Adjustments in a month with no reservations and carry those adjustments forward to the next month that includes reservation revenue.4 votes -

Pin/Flag Inbox Messages for Follow-up

We need to have notifications sent to hosts when the guest has not signed the rental agreement. We have signature on the rental agreement as a requirement before check in details with the door code can be sent but there is no notification if it doesn't get signed. We want to eliminate the issue of a guest showing up to the property with no way to start their stay. Support more variables and formulas in templates
In "Notifying the owner about new booking" template, I want to apply more variables about the order than the current existing one.
E.g Rental Revenue: [{ORDERBASEAMOUNT}-{COMMISSIONOTATOTAL}+{ADJUSTMENTRENT}+{EXTRAGUESTFEEAMOUNT}+{PAYMENTPROCESSINGFEE}]
But currently, the template variables only support some basic order details.

Cancellations with penalties when dates are not rebooked
Property Managers need a way to cancel a booking and release the dates, but keep the original guest financially responsible until the dates are rebooked.
If the dates are successfully rebooked, the system should allow applying a penalty and refunding the balance directly from the cancelled order.
If the dates are not rebooked, the original guest remains responsible for the full booking amount.4 votes -

Add beds to different room types
The possibility of adding beds to the rooms that are not bedrooms or living rooms. That way, when you choose to set an Office room type, you can add a Sofa bed, for example.

Create a variable that is a link that would take you directly to the booking
I have a template to email myself info whenever a new booking comes in. It would be useful if there was a variable that was a link that would take me to this new guest/booking in my inbox.
