Ability to adjust property description for Direct booking site only such as input the information that Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Host.
It would be great to have some way to make the hostfully page have a different description. I'm sure many of your owners/hosts have this distinction of super host, etc. Would be great to be able to advertise that on our direct booking site.

When we send a quote, it is important to see in that quote the discount applied. For instance, I set 10% for more than a week. Instead to change automatically the daily rate, it should show the discount applied as a single line. I believe that Guests would be more inclined to book with a discount.

Edit font/ color of Owner report
The font color and size of the Owner Report is too small and light, making it difficult to read, also no color to differentiate booking's source.
If we're able to edit the font/color of the report, it would be much more helpful.

Have the booking guest's age pull into the lead details!
We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25). This would be very helpful as a quick glance to see how old the lead guest is and to see if they are eligible or…

Master-sub relationship enhancement
I have one master and 2 sub units.
For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.
Currently this needs to be done manually.

Add an "are you sure" tab when you toggle off an integration
To have an "are you sure" tab before an integration can be turned off. It should not be so easy as to click it when scrolling through the integrations on my phone.

Ability to see owner balance/due without running reports
We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.
By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.

Refunds showing in reports
I want to pull the refund amount after a reservation is canceled in the booking report.
4 votesRefunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.

This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.
The imported reservations from Airbnb are showing the lead creation date as the day these reservations were added to Hostfully, not the actual booked-on date. This skews the reports.
