  3. It would be highly beneficial to introduce a feature allowing users to create custom channels in Hostfully, beyond the standard ones like Airbnb or Booking.com. For example, users could add channels like "Reception Desk," "Travel Agency Partnerships," or "Corporate Bookings" to track more specific booking sources. Additionally, implementing color-coding options for these channels would allow for easy visual differentiation and streamlined data analysis at the end of the season. This added flexibility would make managing and analyzing bookings much more intuitive, especially for businesses with diverse booking sources.

  4. Payment processing fees are a lot and add up as an expense. Please add an option to charge the guest for payment processing fees when using Stripe as a payment processor.

It would be logical if and when a customer is making changes to their reservation, but when a Property Manager is making changes, on the back end, surely there should be prompts asking the editor if they wish to keep existing order and payment detail or adjust order detail to the changed property rate and/or dates? This seems logical to me. If you have multiple leads adjusting reservations for unforeseen circumstances and no warning prompt appears to the property manager when making changes, accounting's books would be a disaster.

  18. I don't want any triggers to fire when I manually add bookings to the system, because sometimes I need to edit the pricing, reservation before the triggers go out. I want to have a button so I can check to temporarily stop all triggers from firing for specific guests.

    The event New message in inbox is working for action sending email only.

    As a host, I want this event works for channel message as well.

    It helps to cover the scenario:
    When the guest sent me a message, I want to be able to trigger to fire a automatically acknowledge message to guest. (Ex: I have received your message and will get back soon etc) when you received their message.

    => It helps to save the responding time in my account. (Airbnb has reviewed the host responding time)

  20. Once I click on sending the owner invite, it disappears and the invite can't be resent. If owners can't find the invite email, they can't log in to Owner Portal. It'd be great to add a tooltip icon saying that the invite can be sent only once. Once the invite link disappears, I want to show the reset password link under that section so I know what to do to regain access for owners and don't need to reach out to support to ask.
