  1. The long-term exemption in property setting page is only supported for tax rate, not cleaning fee tax rate while it should apply it for both.

    Or if there is another same field for cleaning fee tax, that would be great.

  2. Would be cool to add option to send message based on if there is checkout on same day as the checkin. it can be useful to use it to update guest whether they can check in early.. also it can nice to have similar trigger for check in on same day of checkout to check if they can checkout later

  3. Currently, the Analytics page only displays rental revenue in the property's active currency setting. If a property has bookings in multiple currencies (e.g., EUR and USD), only the revenue matching the current property currency is shown. This causes misleading or incomplete financial data, especially for properties that have recently changed currencies or accept international bookings.

    Suggestions
    1/ Add a currency filter or multi-currency breakdown on the Analytics page
    2/ Include all revenue data regardless of currency, with clear labeling
    3/ Option to normalize revenue to a single currency (e.g., convert all to USD based on exchange rate)

  7. Currently in Spain we are having to register every guest over a certain age. The pre arrival form is the only way we can capture this without spending a lot of manhours chasing guests for information.
    What I propose is that each section of the form has the ability to add extra boxes of information.
    We need the name, I.D. type, I.D. number, expiry date, home address and the list goes on for each guest. So when they select the number of guests, you get multiple input boxes. Currently we get basic information for multiple guests and we need more.…

  10. Currently when using the calendar scroll bar, if you move the bar a little too much the calendar skips several months.

    Trying to scroll back over the past month places you 3 or 4 months back. It is too sensitive.

  11. Please add the property name to the pre-arrival form when completed. When I receive the form information by email I cannot see unless I click into the link what property it is for.

    It would be extremely helpful as I am managing multiple properties with other managers to know who the form belongs to without having to open the link and then click through the tabs to check the property.

  14. It would be incredibly helpful to add the ability to search by property address in the search bar on the Property page. Currently, users can search by property name or UID, and use tags and filters for things like status, amenities, type, location, or sort by creation date or alphabetically.

    However, for accounts managing multiple listings within the same city or neighborhood, being able to search by address (e.g., street name, number, or full address) would make locating properties faster and more efficient.

  18. We’d love to see some features accessible via mobile browsers, since our team often works on the go and the mobile app doesn’t currently offer full functionality.

    We suggest simplifying access to frequently used actions — like Add Transaction, Add Payment, Add Expense, and Owner Adjustments — similar to how Add Lead is currently handled.

    At the moment, some of these (like Owner Adjustments) are a few steps deep. Adding a dedicated button (e.g., next to Add Lead) would significantly improve workflow efficiency.
