  1. I am interested in setting up a system where travel agencies and other external partners can earn a commission (for example, 3%) for referring guests directly to our properties managed through HostFully. This would be separate from any internal programs currently offered by HostFully.

  8. One Stripe email can have multiple account so it's hard to tell which account is connected to which property from Hostfully => Integration page. If we can see the Stripe account information such as name and account ID next to the property from Hostfully / Integration page, it could be helpful.

  9. I would like to edit the filters on a owner report where it says "All channels" and only include Hostfully as the one channel. BUt when I go to "set filters" I can't edit only "hostfully"

    • Retrieve all reviews for a specific property
    • Retrieve new reviews (from a specific date)
    • Filter reviews with no response yet
    • Retrieve specific review with all category scores
    • Reply to guest reviews
    • Retrieve reviews at a group level (e.g. multiple properties’ scores on the same page)
    • Filter guest reviews based on Booking.com reservation ID
    • Retrieve aggregated property review score
    • Retrieve aggregated scores per category (e.g. ‘value for money’ category score)

  13. Only tax IDs on the agency level is supported, so they are synced to Airbnb. It would be good to have it at the property level so the owner ID can be used.

  14. Fee Information: Display all price and fees on all platforms. Minimum requirement is to show platform fee (e.g. OTA commission for Booking.com). A solution like Airbnb's fee breakdown would be good.

    Transactional Costs: Ideally, lead view should list transactional costs as a separate fee under platform commission. If not possible, include in notes section as an alternative. (currently it's only available in order details window)

  15. When messages are edited in Airbnb only the original version shows in Hostfully. Syncing full edit history is a big ask, but showing the current version should be relatively easy from a product perspective, as long as the data is available from the Airbnb API

  16. Ability to select which fields from the reservation you would like to hidde for example: phone, email

    example: think about that you are haddling a reservation from schratch and in between since the owner has his telephone number he calls the guest to ask if we did our job well or even to pass him through to another property of his that we are not managing.....can you imagine what can cause this to us?
