  2. We need for options to customize the "Email property list" option in calendar. Right now is only English and by default it does not show the dates I was filtering.
    I'd love to have a preset option with variables and languaje picker.

  8. I love the idea of being able to edit prices and minimum stay from calendar central. What would make this even better and take it to the next level as far as being really helpful in managing prices would be to allow us to adjust prices (and possible minimum stays) by an increment.

    For example, if I haven't been getting bookings and I want to drop my prices by $20 / night for the following month, the only way I can do that is pretty time consuming. But if I could select the whole month and then increase/decrease prices by…

  10. Specifically, we have owners who like to offer gifted stays for for friends/ family and they want to pay for cleaning too. When we create discount codes for them to easily book, we want to have the option to not have the guest pay a cleaning fee as well.

    In order to assign an existing owner to a property I can enter his/her email address to connect the property to this owner. However, I always have to know what the email address of the owner is.

  14. Right now prospective guests are REALLY struggling to understand how much our properties cost. It's the number one question we get from people who are searching on our direct booking site.

    The problem is that there is no way to compare prices across properties other than drilling down into several property pages open in several tabs and entering dates and guest count info in each one.

  15. Currently, when a guest sends a message via SMS, you can respond, but have to change the default to SMS from email. The default is always email for direct bookings. It would be nice to have the default be however the guest initiated conversing.

  17. The /v2/guests endpoint currently returns all the guests in Hostfully. This doesn't scale very well and if a user has 1,000s of guests it's possible the endpoint could timeout or the response payload would be too large to send.

    It would be great to add limit and offset query parameters to this endpoint just like you have for some of your other endpoints (e.g. /v2/leads)

    This would not need to be a breaking change, you could have the endpoint behave the same way if no pagination parameters are provided so that nothing changes for any software that is currently using…

  18. I want to search for all my customers from Florida. However, right now it's not possible in Hostfully.

At the moment when a vrbo guest hits reply to any of my email messages sent through Hostfully and they attach images eg. of their driver's licence to send to me it is auto-filtered out and I can't see them. Then I have to ask them to compose a new email and resend which is a waste of time. If they try to upload their ID via the arrival form it only allows one upload so I usually only get the front or back and again have to ask them to send via email separately or to my phone. Would…

  20. We'd love it if there was an ability to add tags to photos. Use case for this is tagging photos with sections of the house. E.g. Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, etc.

    If our clients are able to assign such tags, and we are able to retrieve them through API, we'd be able to create a better user experience in browsing property photos.
