Triggers related to jobs starting time
Be able to create triggers (notifications) around timing of Jobs. For example, be able to send a reminder to a service provider X number of hours before a job.
(when the job is not tied to each guest or specifically to a check-in or check-out, we need the notification tied to the job specifically)

Ability to show total tax (group taxes) in the lead order instead of tax breakdow
Ability to group taxes on the guest interface, so it would not show as separate items. It could be a deterrent because the guest might feel overhelmed seeing they are paying alot of taxes.

It would be good to have the possibility of SMS, WhatsApp, and the check-in instructions email being sent simultaneously, synchronized when a time range is set in the triggers.

Ability to manually send variables form the inbox
For example, we have a parking custom data field so we can have the parking answer for all properties built in. I know we can add this variable to our message templates, but if a guest were to reach out and ask us for parking options, it would be nice to be able to insert either directly from the custom data field or as a variable.

Booking Lead Time for specific days of the week
We would like the possibility to adjust settings to allow same-day bookings on the weekends only and accept 1 day in advance bookings during the week.

Have a booking view and a price view on the calendar for mobile app
There needs to be a way to view the calendar on the app without seeing the prices. For example if I'm showing a family member or business contractor my calendar I don't want them seeing what my nightly prices are. On the desktop version it's called "Booking View."

Ability to see parent unit + sub units total in analytics
We would like to see the total for the parent + its sub units in the Analytics page.
Right now, if the parent is not rented as a whole, it shows as 0.

Removing owner statement automatically if the PM removed report on HFL
When I deleted the report on HFL
On owner portal the report still there, however, when the owner click on it > it shows the error page which can cause the confusion for owners.=> I want when 1 report was deleted on my side, it should be removed automatically on owner side.

AI for internal use
Make the new AI feature available to owners/internal users as well. There are many times a new hire (or someone dealing with a new property) would love to ask questions vs look up in a specific tab on the sheet. Or even text the questions while they’re on the go. Basically the same feature but accessible to internal users, not just guests. This way property managers out at 1 property, getting a question about something on another property - a quick English text to get an English answer (instead of relying on a human help desk) is SO much easier…

Track conversion rate of inquiries/ booking requests to confirmed bookings on direct channel
My booking setting is inquiry/ booking request. I want to add a conversion tracking code on the booking confirmation page, but this won't work due to no booking confirmation page for these booking settings. I don't want to switch to instant book.
As a PM, I want to be able to have a way to track the conversion rate of inquiries/ booking requests to instant bookings on my direct booking site.

Direct booking site URLs should escape "unsafe" or "unwise" characters per RFC 3986
The URLs that are built for the Direct Booking site MUST escape characters that are considered "unsafe". This includes the pipe character ( | ), which is pretty commonly used in page titles as a separator that doesn't take up much space.
If these are not escaped, Google Travel will NOT accept the weblink. For example, one of our listings has this for the direct URL:
That should escape the | to %7C:
