If you're a non-hostfully user (aka don't know what Hostfully is), many times communication (texts or emails) or any other online presence look like scams or phishing, and therefore, are simply ignored if it's not branded like the rental company name. The more things are streamlined like favicons (on all browsers), logos on correspondence, guidebooks, the booking platform, etc. the more credibility it lends to the short term rental company and makes the user/guest have an easier, more understandable experience.   4. When we import Airbnb leads, the base rent is calculated so that base rent + rate multiplier equals the rent total from Airbnb.

    True, we could apply this only to future leads, not past leads, but I don’t see why this would cause an issue to this PM since the total rent is the same.

  5. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

  7. I don't want any triggers to fire when I manually add bookings to the system, because sometimes I need to edit the pricing, reservation before the triggers go out. I want to have a button so I can check to temporarily stop all triggers from firing for specific guests.

  9. There should be a report that collects all Due Owner (Net) amounts after adjustments from all owners. This way, the finance team can process payments to owners in bulk.

    This approach will be more convenient for accounts with many properties and owners.

When adding service providers, it would be helpful to be able to automatically assign them to every property or property group from the service provider page rather than having to go into each individual property to add them. Or at least an option to automatically give service providers calendar access for every property/multiple properties in one place rather than in each property.

  14. Able to add Internal Guest Notes/Rating from App, Add our own custom items to rate (ex. check out procedures), and to add photos/videos to internal guest notes. Would be helpful to be able to review a guest in internal guest notes while at the homes during inspection period to assist in the review period and by saving the photos/videos in internal guest notes it would assist in any claims that would need to be made.

  19. Make the new AI feature available to owners/internal users as well. There are many times a new hire (or someone dealing with a new property) would love to ask questions vs look up in a specific tab on the sheet. Or even text the questions while they’re on the go. Basically the same feature but accessible to internal users, not just guests. This way property managers out at 1 property, getting a question about something on another property - a quick English text to get an English answer (instead of relying on a human help desk) is SO much easier…

  20. I want to set up the guest payment options for listings on Booking.com. Booking.com requires me to change the "Guest payment options" on Booking.com to "only accept cash" for 60 days to be eligible for Payment by Booking.com - bank transfer option. Currently, everytime I change it, the field is overridden by Hostfully PMP and changed back to "accept credit cards" although I don't see any place to configure this in Hostfully system.

    I want to have a button in the PMP to configure the guest payment options and this field should be pushed to Booking.com.
