Service provider portal to show the number of pets on the Jobs tab and the Calendar tab
As a PM or a Service provider, I would service provider portal to show the number of pets on the Jobs tab and the Calendar tab, along side the number of guests. It will help the Service provider plan and prepare better for the cleaning.

Add New Owner Block to New Booking Trigger in Zapier Integration
I noticed that the zapier Updated Booking and Canceled Booking triggers work for owner block changes, but the New Booking doesn't trigger when a new owner block is created.
Can you update the zapier integration to include owner blocks in the New Booking trigger?

Build a native integration for PropertyCare.com
I would love to see an integration with PropertyCare.com, especially since Hostfully's templates and triggers leaves a lot to be desired and there is no native 2-way SMS capability.

Should have messages scroll separately from the list of messages.
Another very helpful thing would be to have the messages scroll separately from the list of messages. Just like they do in the Airbnb message system.

Display Blocks in Pipeline
As a PM I'd like to be able to block my calendar for owners, and view their booking/block in the pipeline so that I can prepare the listing the same way I would prepare it for a guest. I need to have it cleaned, send door codes for the time of their stay, and go through the usual lifecycle of their booking as I do with the others so that I don't forget to prepare any details related to their stay.

Display each listings' average Revyoos rating within main picture.
Each individual listing has its own reviews.

A platform view that shows properties in a grid, rather than a single column sidebar.
With dozens of properties, we'd like to have an ability to display all properties at once, or at least a larger (customizable) number with pagination.

Create CRM contacts based on phone number, not email
Since Airbnb discontinued their masked emails, Airbnb bookings are not being saved to the CRM, which saves/links contacts based on email addresses. I propose using phone numbers rather than email. Phone numbers are a reliably unique ID and are provided by Airbnb and all the major channels (to my knowledge). Without that change, Airbnb guests are not being saved to the CRM. For some managers (like me) that's a huge percentage of our customers.

Allow options of when to post on the Channel
I'm not too fond of some booking sites. Some seem to attract the wrong guests and charge high commissions; however, if we use them wisely, we can get the right guest and occupancy %. I want the options of circumstances to display inventory:
X number of days to Y number of days in the future.
Occupancy % of X to Y for a given monthI could use them to attract early/late bookers or handle the 1st or last of my desired inventory, as I see the need on all channels.

Block or remove fields that are governed by another integration
My Hostfully is integrated with Beyond Pricing. However, it is confusing to know which platform governs my settings, when both platforms offer fields to adjust the same settings. For those fields in the Main Settings and other tabs that are actually governed by another integration, I would like to be able to remove or block those fields. For example, because Beyond Pricing governs length of minimum stays, I would remove or block the "Minimum Stay" field in Hostfully. Thank you.

Repeat guest trigger condition
When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

"Hold" a Property, but not Property Specific for a guest
It would be great to have a feature where we can put a "hold" in the calendar for a guest, but without blocking off the calendar. For mid-term rentals, this would be helpful to us as some people book far in advance and it would be best to place them in a unit that works better for our vacancy windows. Basically, we want them "on the calendar" without blocking any calendar dates for others to book, as the individual is flexible on the unit we place them in.

Select Lead Source for Manual Bookings
It would be great to select a lead source when manually entering a booking rather than it just saying it is from Hostfully. For example, a booking from a lead from FurnishedFinder and a booking from a lead from word of mouth both show up as "Hostfully" booking, whereas we would like to differentiate the groups to know specifically where our bookings are coming from.

HelloSign - Automatic Lease (NOT rental agreement)
With the integration with HelloSign, we would love to see the option to have a lease send automatically to the guest upon their reservation (if a direct booking/desired). From a template lease for that property, we would love for HelloSign to be able to pull in the necessary information from Hostfully (check-in/out date/times, address, guest name(s), etc.). I am NOT referring to Hostfully's rental agreement - as that is not legally binding, as a lease signed on HelloSign is. (This is targeted for 30+day stays, the mid-term rentals).

Show the Rental Conditions on the Direct Booking Site
I would like for the Rental Conditions to always be visible on the direct booking website. Right now, it is only accessible during the check out flow when a guest is making a reservation. But I would like for it to always be visible, either in the direct booking site page itself, or as a url link that goes to another page that has it. Since I manage the Rental Conditions in Hostfully itself, I don't want to manage it / update it in a second place, too.

Respect "Show property exact location" on direct booking site
I would like to avoid showing the location of certain properties with too much accuracy until the booking is confirmed. Until the /search page was added there was no way to see exactly where the property was, but now you can zoom in very close on the search page and see exactly where the properties are, even sometimes which part of a multi-unit building the unit is.
The map on the property details doesn't seem to have ever shown the exact location of the property, which seems like the right design if you're not going to make it configurable.

Remove Owner Adjustments from Owner Report
PMs who do not use Hostfully to record expenses would like the ability to completely remove the Owner Adjustment report from the Owner Report, instead of seeing the report with no data.
