  1. Not being able to modify DBS price display for Units once you click from frontpage shows an average price which is higher than half of our year and can turn away guests that are looking for lower prices. This is misleading guests.

    It should be exactly the same as the units that show on the front page.

  2. Be able to set the trigger for the review post on Airbnb in less than 24 hours.
    Currently, the review post trigger just only allows the setting more than 24 hours after stay ends.

  3. When a guest purchases an item via Guidebook Marketplace, we receive an email notification with the guest's name, guest's email, and transaction ID.

    However, when we go to Stripe and look for the transaction, there is no email or guest name linked to the transaction. It's hard to tell which payment is from which guest. Therefore, adding the customer's email and name to the Stripe payment would be great.

  6. Current behavior,
    - Go to the calendar
    - Click on 1 specific lead > click on button Create job of this lead > the window create a job manually will pop up
    - However, the job created related to dates and properties, no lead information included so it does not show lead check out date.

    => We want when creating the job manually associate with 1 lead via calendar, it should be included
    1. lead check-in date
    2. lead check-out date
    3. number of guests

  7. It would be really helpful to be receive a notification that the check-in instructions were not sent to a guest. This may be a little tricky because sometimes the check-in instructions includes extra conditions like, the pre-arrival form is completed, the rental agreement is signed, etc. So if a guest does not do those things, the message will never be scheduled, and hence, this is not a case of a failed trigger because the trigger is preventing the message from going out. Rather, it would be great to have a condition, somehow, that can be set so that the guest…

  8. I have auto responses set for bookings, booking inquiries, and requests to book so that my response rates stays at 100%. However, my triggers happen automatically. I would prefer they take place 30 minutes-1 hour after the question so that I have the opportunity to address the concern.

  10. We have a pet agreement that we want to hyperlink to if the guest answers Yes to bringing a pet. Currently we can add a link but it isn't clickable, hyperlinking does not work on the guest side. Nothing happens when they click the link. They have to copy and paste the link to be able to read the agreement and indicate they agree with the terms. Would be nice to hyperlink to the rental agreement as well if we want. That way they aren't receiving too many agreements and forms to fill out.

  16. We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.

  17. When a guest submits an inquiry/request, they select the add-ons from the payment flow and those appear in the Lead modal as a Service, which is not editable. However, sometimes we need to adjust that amount or remove it, but we're not able to do that.

    I understand we can use "Add line item" with a negative amount to adjust it, but it's not a good route. So if we're about to modify the Service from the Lead modal, it would be much more helpful.

  20. We want to add a tim based condition on the length of stay.

    E.g For a 1 night stay, our check out message is sent out the day the guests check in because it's set for one day before check out. On most stays that works well, however on a single night stay it gets messy because the guests receive check out details before they even get to check in
