  1. As a property manager, I'd like to be able to push the length of stay discount at the bottom of the pricing tab in Hostfully to Booking.com. This is not currently possible due to Hostfully not supporting multiple rate plans in Booking.com. Please vote on this idea if you would like this implemented.

  4. Integration with Tidy App - even at their beginning stages they have been more involved and helpful than any other cleaning service I have tried. They flew in a trainer to train my team and have customized my entire experience. The only thing missing is an integration with Hostfully.

  5. Currently the platform doesn't keep the last choice as default in the property section of the website. When choosing to “show active properties only” the property manager has to make that choice every single time they log back on to the site, rather than just keeping that default.

  8. Allow your Smart Thermostat to Turn Down/Off the HVAC when a guest checks out and Turn it back on before next guest arrives. This will save owners a ton of $ plus guests will be greeted with a proper temperature when arriving. It's also something good for the environment that saves energy! Why heat or cool a house when no one is there?

  10. Allow users to include the $ amount collected to the rental agreement, as it is sometimes necessary during legal disputes, to show that amount.
    Renaming the rental agreement to "occupancy agreement" would also be a more acurate name, since renter laws such as rent control don't apply to Short Term Rentals.

  11. More control over how the contract gets set up.

    Would like ability to determine the structure of the form:
    -where the contract gets signed
    -where the initials go
    -insert variables to make the contract more detailed

    When contesting a chargeback with a guest, you should be able to show them a contract with terms, and demonstrate that you’re actually due those funds (better success if initials are next to crucial terms).

    Initials next to "I read the cancellation policy section on chargebacks"

  13. I noticed that the zapier Updated Booking and Canceled Booking triggers work for owner block changes, but the New Booking doesn't trigger when a new owner block is created.

    Can you update the zapier integration to include owner blocks in the New Booking trigger?

  14. Would be great if the Account Status reflects what we paid for and the date we paid it as well as when our next bill is due. The way it's set up now I can see it moving up and down and that we paid for it annually but it doesn't tell me any of that information.

  15. Currently, there is no option to download a report to show the cancelations. I would like to see on the "Financial Reports"
    1. a column for Reservation Status which shows the reservation is booked (reserved), canceled, hold, waitlist, etc.
    2. all cancelations, waitlist, hold reservations are listed on the Financial Report report. The report will display all the reservations are entered into the system and it can be easily converted as a chart or different presentation methods.

  17. Integrated partners with VRBO and booking.com are forced to be the merchant of record but also forced to be instabook. This leaves no time to vet your guest. This is a receipt for fraud! The booking lead times should should be able to be set per platform. Moreover, the % due at reservation should also include a category to pay the remaining % "x" days AFTER the RESERVATION is made.

  19. When a job is scheduled, Service Provider/Cleaner gets email with option to View, Accept or Decline.
    Currently, only when the Accept option is chosen, will an email generate to give the PM get a notification.

    Can you please add a function so PM's receive an email when a Service Provider "Declines" a job ?
    Why? So PM's can assure the job is assigned or reassigned appropriately. When many properites & jobs scheduled, how do we check declined and unassigned jobs?

    Part 2: Can support add a function /section that displays "Declined and Unassigned jobs?

  20. Autohost screens guests, and if a guest fails the verification and/or is high-risk, that information should be available in Hostfully. Then, that information could be used as a condition in message triggers, e.g. do not send messages if guest is unverified by AutoHost. I would also want to see that data available in the API so other integration partners (e.g. Akia) could use it as well.
