  2. Sometimes owners block properties for work to be done, but most often they are blocking the property for personal use. In those cases, we need to clean and turnover the property just like we would for a guest reservation. Also, the smart automations (for example, changing thermostat settings via Lynx, Operto, etc.) should treat an owner stay the same as a guest stay.

  3. Currently, the Transaction Reports in Hostfully do not allow filtering by payment method. Property managers would benefit from the ability to generate reports that show only transactions made through a specific processor, such as Stripe, PayPal, or VRP. This would make it easier to reconcile payments and track revenue by payment source without exporting and manually filtering the data.

  8. Add support for MFA app. Using an app is more secure and faster than an SMS code.

    Why SMS-based MFA is insecure

    While better than no MFA, SMS is no longer a robust security method. It is highly susceptible to attack because:

    SIM swapping:

  11. We’d love to see some features accessible via mobile browsers, since our team often works on the go and the mobile app doesn’t currently offer full functionality.

    We suggest simplifying access to frequently used actions — like Add Transaction, Add Payment, Add Expense, and Owner Adjustments — similar to how Add Lead is currently handled.

    At the moment, some of these (like Owner Adjustments) are a few steps deep. Adding a dedicated button (e.g., next to Add Lead) would significantly improve workflow efficiency.

  12. Bookings from TravelStaytion should appear on Calendar as from TravelStaytion, not direct bookings. It does for Pipeline, Dashboard and Reports but it does not work like that for Calendar.

  13. Neither threads or messages have detailed info about the sender.

    In threads it simply shows the “participantUid”: “agencyUid” in the participants when the “participantType”: “AGENCY”. It does not show the actual sender whether the employeeUid of the agency, or it was a system response.

    In the messages response it simply shows “senderType”: “AGENCY” or “senderType”: “GUEST” but it does not show actual sender either.

  17. Currently, Hostfully’s owner reporting system does not include escrow balance tracking. This creates challenges for property managers who need to reconcile funds accurately. Without this feature, teams are forced to use manual workarounds outside of Hostfully, which increases the risk of errors and adds significant time to reporting processes.

    Add a way to track and display escrow balances directly within the owner reporting system. Ideally, this would include:
