Currently, when selecting “Owner can view booking details” (without selecting “Owner can view booking value”) for Owner Permission, it is mandatory to also select an Owner Payout formula. Is there a way to allow selecting “Owner can view booking details” without requiring a payout formula?

Ability to set a different default address when creating a lead
Currently, when a PM creates a lead manually, the client information always defaults to California as the address. This cannot be changed, and PMs need to update it manually each time.
It would be helpful to allow agencies to customize the default address (country, state, or leave blank) when creating a new lead. This would save time and reduce errors, especially for agencies operating outside of California.

Ability to Dynamically Configure Calendar Widget Using Property ID
We would like to request a new feature that allows the calendar widget to be dynamically configured based on the property ID.
Currently, we are unable to implement this behavior because the necessary ID is not returned in any API response or available anywhere else in the system. As a result, we cannot generate the widget dynamically and must manually retrieve and use the widget for each individual property.
To enable dynamic usage, we would need one of the following:
Include the required widget ID in the API responses, or
Allow the calendar widget to be generated directly using the…

Support VCC and Booking.com’s Payments Clarity Package
I manage a vacation rental in Australia using Hostfully with Stripe as our payment processor. We’ve opted in to Payments by Booking.com, so Booking.com collects guest payments and pays us via a virtual credit card. I recently learned about Booking.com’s Payments Clarity Package, which, according to Booking.com, makes details like the virtual credit card’s activation date, current balance and expiration date visible in a connected PMSpartner.booking.com.
However, VCC is not available on HFL.

Automatic Review Response
Just like we have automated reviews for Airbnb and VRBO, I would like to have automated review responses that get posted in reply to reviews we receive. I think it would be helpful to have a condition where we set the number of stars a reviews has that qualifies it for a response, for example, I could set a response trigger that only replies to 5-star reviews, since I probably want to manually review and respond to any review that may have something negative in it.

Ability to Generate a Booking Link With Pre-Selected Dates on DBS
I’d like the ability to generate a direct booking link that automatically includes the dates a prospective guest is interested in. This would allow hosts and property managers to quickly send a ready-to-book link, without having to walk the guest through selecting dates manually.

Request for Room Mapping for Vrasio too
Hi Hostfully API team!
We VRASIO have just joined the Hostfully ecosystem as an OTA.
I understand room mapping is available for Airbnb, but not for Vrasio or others.We don’t understand the logic behind it. Why don’t we make it available to Vrasio too, since we have that feature embedded inside our platform too.
The PMs would appreciate your support because it would save him time for not mapping rooms manually inside our platform. At least Select Stays expressed that desire to my attention. Thanks!

Add a per-booking basis for owner adjustments.
As a host, I offer a Welcome pack to my guests that is paid by the owner. I would like to be able to automate this adjustment in a per-booking basis instead of weekly or monthly.

White label hostfully logo in SMS and whatsapp messaging
When we send text messages to potential clients with links to our listings, the Hostfully logo appears instead of our company’s logo.
It would be really helpful if we could update this so that the agency logo logo appears in these communications.
This would enhance branding and make presentations to clients more professional.

Jobs should be removed automatically if a booking is cancelled
Jobs linked to a booking should be cancelled automatically if that booking is cancelled. This is very helpful as PM may forget to cancel jobs manually.
