Triggers related to jobs starting time
Be able to create triggers (notifications) around timing of Jobs. For example, be able to send a reminder to a service provider X number of hours before a job.
(when the job is not tied to each guest or specifically to a check-in or check-out, we need the notification tied to the job specifically)

Manually mark that the pre-arrival form/ rental conditions has been completed.
Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.
This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.3 votes -
Integrate with Todoist. It fills void in our feature set and offers a robust task manager.
Todoist offers multiple integrations incl Zapier and they also have an API. Task management is very important for cleaning and maintenance and several other functions. todoist.com

Ability to see parent unit + sub units total in analytics
We would like to see the total for the parent + its sub units in the Analytics page.
Right now, if the parent is not rented as a whole, it shows as 0.

Make the system recognize number values so that numbering properties will show up in order, instead of starting back at 1.
If the properties are numbered so we can see them listed in numerical value. Currently, if properties are numbered 1-15, for example, they will show as 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. Can the system recognize the actual number value instead putting 10 after 1?

Ability to create formula based on condition "Property is"
We have the fee that is deducted directly from Rent in Enhanced Reporting for each booking. The issue is this fee is different per property so we have to create several reports for property or group of properties based on the fee which is pretty inconvenient and we cannot have an overview of all properties.
If there is feature where we can create formula for fee per booking based on property condition, it would be great

When using VacationRentPayment, allow PMs to accept the bookings before charging the guests
If we use VacationRentPayment as a payment processor, booking requests get charged immediately. However, VRP does refund the payment processing fee on refunded transactions (if refunded within 48 hours). So the guests are getting charged before they have a confirmed reservation.
We need to change this behavior so that guests are not charged until PMs agree to take the bookings

Booking.com commission saved on lead level
Currently, BDC commission is only tied to the transaction level and the transaction must be processed by a payment processor. This means that reservations paid through payment by booking.com (PBB) or outside of the Hostfully system and manually entered into PMP will not show the commission in the report. I am requesting that the BDC commission be based on the lead level, so that it is always present regardless of payment status or method.

Add condition if the rental agreement has not been signed and check in is X days away
I want to have the trigger condition to send the message out only if the rental agreement has not been signed.
For example, I’m sending out reminder messages to them to sign the rental agreement closer to their stay but I don’t want these to go out if they’ve already signed, so as to not bother them. I’ve been manually deleting these future messages

Option to enable/disable triggers
Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

Conditional formula based on length of stay
I would like a column that displays CHF 90 when the booking is less than 21 days long, and CHF 180 when the booking lasts more than 21 days. Is that possible?

Option to pause triggers temporarily for specific guests
I don't want any triggers to fire when I manually add bookings to the system, because sometimes I need to edit the pricing, reservation before the triggers go out. I want to have a button so I can check to temporarily stop all triggers from firing for specific guests.
