  1. with the complex condition, I want to have the booking hold end event in the time-based event to sent the notify for my guest.
    It should be:
    - Complex condition
    => After the hold end
    [less than or equal to], or [equal to], or [greater than or equal to] [number] of days

  2. I would like to display the amount a guest has paid in custom templates. Currently, I can insert Balance Amount [$ORDERBALANCE$], Total Amount [$ORDERTOTAL$], etc. but variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" is not available in the list.

  3. I have auto responses set for bookings, booking inquiries, and requests to book so that my response rates stays at 100%. However, my triggers happen automatically. I would prefer they take place 30 minutes-1 hour after the question so that I have the opportunity to address the concern.

  4. I love the analytic information added to the dashboard. I also enjoy the check in and check out on the dashboard for quick reference. It also is more clear than the pipeline if something is missing. But the only negative is when I realize that a step by the guest is missing and try to send a message reminding them to make a payment or fill out pre arrial information or sign the agreement, I have to go to the pipeline to do it. It would save time to be able to do it form the Dashboard. Thank you.

Send triggers that allow you to create a email you can send out to add a early check in or even an extra day based on calendar availability, For Ex: if an extra day is available at the end of a reservation 2 days before the reservation ends, I can send out an email that lets them at a day at a discounted rate to help book the calendar up, same goes for early and late checkouts and they can pay automatically and it adds the info to their reservation

    • Public Name in Hostfully only allows up to 49 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 50 characters. I can't type the 50th character in Hostfully.
    • Long Description in Hostfully allows up to 499 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 500 characters.

  17. Support HEIC file uploads for listing photos. Currently I cannot upload photos directly from my iPhone as they are default in HEIC format. Once I convert them to jpg some of the channels like booking.com say the photos are not high quality enough. Supporting high quality HEIC photo uploads would save a lot of reformatting and mucking around on the admin side of things when we just want to quickly update amenity photos or photos of the local surrounding areas where we won't necessarily have the professional photography photos. Thank you.

  18. it is a design choice, we do not match threads with reservation but guests, and not direct relation to leads. But as an improvement we may select the most recent reservation to send message

  19. We need to direct people to make reservations at a specific set of properties, however, the only link that we have from Hostfully gives access to all listings. We would like to create a link to direct to 6 listings only.
