Add flexibility to NOT accept unpaid reservations from Booking.com
We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.
We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week. Show status on dropdown when searching a guest name
Since I have guests who book multiple properties, and also inquire on ones they don't book, when I search by name, it pulls up the list of everything and I can't tell what's a booking or inquiry. We would line to have a way to sort the pipeline so I can see all status when i search by his name, it doesn't show me the status.

As an agent, I would like to click a button that will change all unread messages to read quickly so that I don’t have to click every unread message.

Have ability to turn off System template for specific reservations
Yes as for our concern, some of our guest did not experience a great stay due to unwanted issues that occur and sometimes issues are out of our control. It would be helful to have an option to turn off specific review request to a guest that booked directly and have experienced an issue.
I want to turn off system template on some bookings that we don't want to send out the message.

Drop-down box in the properties tab
When editing multiple properties, it would be nice to have a property drop-down box in the properties tab, similar to the calendar tab, or at least have a back button rather than having to go back to the top menu, properties, click the property, and then go to the menu page you need. When needing to edit multiple properties, it is inefficient to have to keep going through multiple steps to get to the same place on another property.

Ability to customize the calendar view
Be able to be customize how many days we see on the calendar > instead of seeing more than one month, be able to see only two weeks, for example.

Ability to hide/adjust the Map showing on Direct booking site
Hi team,
The map showing on DBS is too specific, it pins the exact location of the house. We would love to see the general map only.
While labeling the site won't help and there's no way to customize it. It'd be great if we're given options to hide or adjust the Map showing on DBS

Add "Roll-Away" bed as a sleeping option. We keep them in closets to get more "heads in beds"......

Support attachments / photos via WhatsApp
For example: IF the guest is not reachable by phone or if they missed the channel messages, we can ask the guest to submit their passport copies via whatsapp
And we have a follow up message to ask if everything is fine after they check in so maybe guest can share some photos or videos if they have any problems

Dates outside of the booking window should show as unavailable instead of being selectable
Calendars dates LOOK like they can be booked. Its confusing. They should be greyed out like the other dates.

Change how the order summary shows on payment link
At the moment, the system is designed to display the rent and fees breakdown in sections. On the order page, we will find sections that outline the rental cost, taxes, and any additional fees, as well as the total amount. The bolded sections represent the total amount, and the breakdown will be listed under each section.
However, if we have only 1 fee under the Fees section. It will be showing like the guests are being charged twice. While the math is correct, the customer experience of seeing two line items for fees is compromising the experience.

Stripe webhooks for cases when guests close browsers too early and payment failed to be recorded
a guest has gone in to book online the payment has been taken and processed through stripe but the booking has not gone through. Dates are not blocked and neither them nor us have recived any confirmation. This is becoming a bit of a worry as it's 3 guests now. They have all said the browser was open for ages after as they were waiting for confirmation.

Would love to have the option for our guests to use the link to pay any amount like when two guests split the bill in two or more payments.

Ability to use the property URL with the discount codes.
Previously we were able to use a format in the property URLs that automatically added the discount code for the user. Now this type of format does not work anymore. We would like to have the ability to send discounted rates to the customers adding the discount codes to the property URLs.

Have ability to duplicate an existing booking to a different date range
I want to create multiple bookings for the same guests but for different periods. It would be great if I can duplicate a booking onto different period, so I don't have to re-fill the guest's information everytime.
Rebook feature only works with past bookings. I can't do it when the guests inquired.
