  1. Ability to control security deposit by platform would be helpful for platforms like Booking.com which sets a maximum for the deposit.

    In our case, we usually charge $500 security deposit for direct bookings, VRBO, etc, but booking.com limits it to $300, which is communicated to guests at the time of the reservation. So guests are expecting to pay a $300 deposit whereas their reservation within Hostfully has a $500 deposit due and there is not a way to change it.

  8. I tried calling Quickbooks regarding the matter and they said that it is not possible on their end to change how the data is coming into Quickbooks. I wish to change the data export settings for Hostfully to allow the data to come into Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts

  9. At the moment, I have to go through my inbox list on the left then scroll back up to see the message! It's annoying scrolling down then up. I just wish that it freezes the left side and the top and have the ability to scroll only within the message.
    I know about the filtering function but it doesn't really helps solve my concern.

  10. We have several return guests and I do not want them to have to fill out the pre arrival form and rental conditions every time they book. However, I do still want them to receive every other trigger that we have created for their stay. We wish to have a way to stop that template that includes our pre arrival form from being sent out to specific guests who have stayed with us before.     Note that you can now schedule automated refunds from the Hostfully platform, so this makes manual refunds less valuable.

  20. The font color and size of the Owner Report is too small and light, making it difficult to read, also no color to differentiate booking's source.

    If we're able to edit the font/color of the report, it would be much more helpful.
