1. Automated Response Reminder for Unanswered Leads and Messages

   I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Hostfully PMS that includes an automated response reminder system. This feature would work similarly to the notification systems found in platforms like Airbnb Inbox or Gmail.

   The system should automatically send a reminder or nudge to the user when there is a lead or message that has not been responded to within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).

   Customizable Timeframes:
   Users should be able to customize the reminder timeframe to suit their needs (e.g., 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours).

   Notification Options:
   The reminder can be sent via email, SMS, or as an in-app notification, depending on the user’s preference.

   Reminder Settings:
   Users should have the option to enable or disable reminders and configure settings for different types of messages or leads.

   Dashboard Integration:
   A visual indicator or alert should be present on the dashboard to easily identify unanswered messages or leads requiring attention.

   Thread Highlighting:
   Threads with messages that have not been responded to should be highlighted in a different color, regardless of whether the message has been opened or not. This visual cue would help users quickly identify and address any outstanding communications.

   Benefits:
   Improved Response Time: Helps ensure that no lead or message goes unanswered for too long, which is crucial for maintaining Superhost status on platforms where hosts are rated based on response time.

   Enhanced Efficiency:
   Reduces the risk of missing important communications and allows users to manage their responses more effectively.

   Customization:
   Provides flexibility for users to set reminders according to their specific operational needs and preferences.

   Visual Organization:
   Highlighting threads that need attention helps users quickly spot and prioritize unanswered messages.

   I believe this feature will greatly enhance the functionality of Hostfully PMS, help users maintain their Superhost status, and improve the overall user experience.

8. Display "Set Taxation" option when pushing data from Hostfully to create new BDC listings

   I got this error when trying to create new BDC listings from Hostfully. The listings are in France:

   TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyRegisteredInVcs is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyHasVat is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPA_Extensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyDeclaresRevenue is mandatory for this location(#321)

   The option to Set Taxation is only visible for connected listing. Thus, to solve this, I have to create a hotel from BDC first before connecting it to Hostfully.

    Currently, Hostfully does not support vertical ratios in the email templates, so the vertical property image is cropped in a system template (Booking Payment Confirmed).

12. Add quick links to owner dashboard

    We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.

14. Bad Review Feature (Postpone Review Until End of Airbnb Review Period)

    This feature would be an option to toggle a reservation where you are anticipating a bad review, therefore delaying your automated guest review from being posted to Airbnb until the final second of the 14-Day Guest Review Period.

    That way when it posts, it is hidden deeper in your listing's reviews if you had other guests stay & review within that 14-day period. The other benefit would be that your review posting last minute will postpone the automated Airbnb message to the guest to leave you a review once it's too late, rather than reminding them to leave you a review while they still can.

15. Ability to sync Master unit to Booking.com room level directly, without breaking Master-Sub setup

    As a PM with Master-Sub setup, when I want to sync Master unit directly to Booking.com room level (instead of hotel level and no room), I don't need to
    - Break current Master - Sub setup on Hostfully
    - Sync Master (now standalone) to Booking.com room
    - Set up Master - Sub again on Hostfully.

    Able to sync Master unit directly to Booking.cm room would be helpful to avoid disconnection.

16. Auto-retry importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with Booking.com sync job

    We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.
