Add "additional charge option" for other channels
Security deposit is collected automatically for BDC reservations processed by Hostfully's payment processors (for example: Stripe). I don't want to collect security deposit and would like a hold on the card instead (auth & capture process).
At the moment, additional charge option is only applicable for direct channel. I want this to work for other channels such as Booking.com.

Different security deposits for different platforms or ability to change deposit after booking
Ability to control security deposit by platform would be helpful for platforms like Booking.com which sets a maximum for the deposit.
In our case, we usually charge $500 security deposit for direct bookings, VRBO, etc, but booking.com limits it to $300, which is communicated to guests at the time of the reservation. So guests are expecting to pay a $300 deposit whereas their reservation within Hostfully has a $500 deposit due and there is not a way to change it.24 votes -
Configure agency split per owner per property
As a VRM I would like to have a different agency/owner split per property per owner. Right now, the same agency/owner split applies to all properties that belong to a single owner. Instead, I would like to have different splits per property per owner.

I would like a monthly summary of the amount owed each owner all on one report instead of the line by line amounts.
I would like a monthly summary of the amount owed each owner all on one report instead of the line by line amounts. This would make it much easier for me to know what I need to send owners each month instead of having it all be on a separate report for every owner.

Ability to reset the Weekend Min stay from Main settings
The Min. Wknd Stay will be updated automatically for dates that have not been modified (Green color in Pricing page)
For dates with Orange color, PM would have to manually modify the minimum stay or click "Reset", however, both of the Minimum stay and Daily Rate would be reset.
As a result, manual work must be initiated because there're some weekend dates with dynamic daily pricing.
It will take lots of time and effort to adjust each weekend once again. It'd be great if we can reset the whole pricing calendar from main settings.

Option to prevent certain triggers to fire for returning guests
We have several return guests and I do not want them to have to fill out the pre arrival form and rental conditions every time they book. However, I do still want them to receive every other trigger that we have created for their stay. We wish to have a way to stop that template that includes our pre arrival form from being sent out to specific guests who have stayed with us before. We want them to receive all other triggers that are helpful for their stay with us but we don't want the template that has our rental…

Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'
Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'. Since, the bed sizes are checked off under the main settings tab when setting the bedrooms, couldn't this easily be added to the property's listing information?

Combine both property's public and internal names in GET /properties and POST /propertiesql endpoint
For Property names i.e. Public name and internal Property name, is it possible to get both values in a single endpoint?
Presently, we only receive the "name" key in the "properties-get-uid" endpoint, which necessitates additional requests to the "propertydescriptions-get" endpoint to obtain the public name for each property.

Cancelled VRP transactions should be auto updated in Hostfully
Currently, when a transaction is canceled in VRP, it's not automatically updated in Hostfully and a manual refund transaction needs to be added in Hostfully instead. I want it to be auto updated so that I do not need to add a manual refund transaction.

Allow the "Enter a brief message" box to be optionally required by the Host to force the user to provide some information about their stay(Helping qualify guests and prevent parties etc.)

Show Tax rate in report correctly as it is in the Property Main Settings
If the Tax rate in Property Main Settings is 11.325%, then when we use variable {TAX_RATE} to extract the value, we would like to have it showed as 11.325% instead of the rounded value which is 11.3%

Create an option for a minimum reservation amount
I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.
For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.
This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

Have internal thumbnail image as a variable for quote messages.
The internal thumbnail image shows up on the Available Property List, but not the quote or alternative properties messages. It would be great to have those thumbnail images appear in the other messages as well. Or, have those as variables that can be added to messages!
