  2. When generating a report, I need to be able to change the name for instance, the property, the season/period, etc...
    Also, in the owner report list, the date when the report was generated should be displayed. Currently, owners see a long list of all generated reports with all the same name. It's difficult to find information.

  3. Problem: One of the tabs on the owners portal is "Inbox", where owners can send messages to us. When we respond to a message via email – so the owner gets a notification of the new response – the owner has no ability to respond from the email and has to be trained that replys to the email are ignored by hostfully and go nowhere. No error message, no warning, just looks like we're ignoring them.

    My idea is to do one of the following:

    • Add text to the sent email that replys need to be sent via the inbox,…

  5. Right now Airbnb messages are coming in sometimes when a property manager imports a property from Airbnb, even if they have not turned that property to “on” in the Airbnb channel.

    Another case is that, when a PM connects to an Airbnb account but only imports and manages one, not all, listings in that account. Nevertheless, Airbnb messages from other listings not managed by them show up in Inbox without property and reservation details.

    We would like for Airbnb messages to only start appearing in the Inbox when the property managers goes to Channels / Airbnb and turns “on” that…

Integrating with GDS providers like Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan and Galileo by Travelport could significantly improve our visibility and booking convenience for this particular segment of travelers, which is rapidly growing for us. Given the potential benefits in meeting the specific needs of corporate clients more effectively, we see GDS integration as a strategic step to expand our reach and service capabilities in the corporate travel market.

  8. VRBO has a new feature where you can have different cancellation policies for different times of the year. How to a use this feature with Hostfully. VRBO won't let me edit the cancellation policy. It would be great to have ability to create cancellation policies for different period.

  10. It is noted in the v1.5->3 upgrade guide that v3's agencies endpoint supports a "rentalConditions" field, but no other APIs seem to exist for updating the per-property rental conditions. It would be great to automate these to ensure they are accurate and make changing all properties a lot easier

  17. When managing reservations, it would be helpful to manually adjust the commission rates for each booking based on the source. For example, when a guest books through Booking.com, the commission rate differs from a direct booking rate. Currently, I'm unable to reflect the specific rates, like the 9% commission for agency bookings versus the 15% for direct reservations. Having a feature to set these rates accurately per reservation would streamline accounting and provide a clearer view of the actual revenue from each booking source.

  19. I want to track rentals based on owners, also a property CRM could work. Where I can see rows of each rental and have constant contact with the owners. If a property has not had a rent in over 3 months, send an automated mail to maintain our contact going. Also track other things, like a column of last price update to have in mind what is missing for each owner and maintain that.
