Ability to add recurring monthly expenses automatically to each month's Owner report
If owners can create recurring monthly/weekly expenses one time and those are added automatically to the monthly statement and reports for the owners (except when they are manually removed), it will cut down a lot of manual expense adding every month for owners and property managers.

On our widget, we display the average star rating and nº of reviews according to the sources. As initially you will not use our widget, it would be good if you could display this information on your own review section using the information we provide you by API.

View all guest information in a single page
I think it would be so awesome to have all the information regarding a guest available on a single printable page. The view order page is most helpful, but it could use a few additional pieces of information. It would better if it included the guests contact information as well as the day of the week for arrival and departure. Currently it shows the dates, but it would be so much easier for me if it showed the dates and days of the week. Add country of origin for guests in the financial reports
Some countries require this information reported monthly for statistic purposes, so it would save massive time if we could get it included as a field in the financial reports.

Revyoos / Hostfully Process
The process we are thinking would be the following:
When the PM clicks on Revyoos “ON” button in the partner section, this should generate a link including the client ID similar to:
https://www.revyoos.com/clients/#/login?source=hostfully&id_client=8374df983749874
This url would lead to our registration form when the customer connects for the first time. For future connections, this same url would lead directly to our login instead of the register form.
Once registered, using the client ID we get through the URL, we would request you through the API the PM property information to automatically create them in Revyoos.

Customized Roles for Team Members
Would be wonderful to be able to edit and customize access for team members, currently you can only set:
Manager - Full access
Booking agent - pipeline, calendar...
Property sales manager - property and owner creation
Associate - view mode onlyHaving customized access could give more control over who can access certain properties / features.

Custom nightly minimums per OTA
VRBO will not advertise my listings in Arizona unless they have a 2-night minimum. I want to be able to change the minimum to 2 nights ONLY on VRBO, but keep a 1-night minimum on other sites.

Make it to where logistic reports include last name on reservation
When I export a weekly report to cvs, it only includes the first name on the reservation even though the pipeline and calendar have the last name.

Global Settings and listing groups for property
It would be great if we can group listings (not sub-listings) that will share the same property settings globally. Whenever I decide to make a change or requested to do so by the owner, I have to go to each property and make sure that I propagate those changes on all listings. A global setting page would make it easier to manage such changes. It would be great if we can pick the settings that will be globally set across a specific group. This tool would be also a great tool to manage pricing across similar listings.

Add variable for last 4 digits of the guest phone number
Currently there is only one variable for guest's whole phone number.
Adding another one for last 4 digits of the phone number would be very useful in templates to automate sending automatic access codes to guests. Right now we are using smartbnb for that.17 votes -

The only available property name in the Custom Templates field dropdown is the "Public Name" which is the listing description header. This is often too long or provides marketing language to attract prospects.

Improved reporting to share with Concierge Service
Jane from Papagayo Luxury rentals would like a way to share a calendar report with her Concierge staff. The report would include the following:
- Name of primary contact who is making reservation
- Availability and blocks on calendars for given properties
- Number of guests coming
