  1. The ability to have Vacation Rent Payment on the property level in Hostfully

    We would like to be able to choose Vacation Rent Payment as our payment processor so we can use different VRP accounts on the property level in Hostfully.
    Our accounting systems and processes and PMS we are transitioning from allowed us to use our multiple Vacation Rent Payment accts.
    As a PM, we would like to continue to offer this service to our owners for direct deposit into their accts.

    Sometimes guests do not see the emails that are sent. Would it be possible to flag messages coming from Hostfully as important to help guests see those messages?

  4. Let cleaners access notes about the job through calendar

    At the moment cleaners have to scroll through endless jobs that can't be sorted in any way to access a specific job note - what would be amazing is to just click on the job in the calendar and show the details of the clean there.

    Booking info is available through Zapier but a discount is not. This means if using Zapier for any calculations outside of Hostfully then they will be wrong if missing Discounts.

  9. Integration: Allow CALENDAR to control Ecobee / Nest / Smart Thermostat.

    Allow your Smart Thermostat to Turn Down/Off the HVAC when a guest checks out and Turn it back on before next guest arrives. This will save owners a ton of $ plus guests will be greeted with a proper temperature when arriving. It's also something good for the environment that saves energy! Why heat or cool a house when no one is there?

    It would be great to have a Zapier trigger that fires when a new payment is created, which includes all the payment data in individual fields.

  11. The name of the property on Rental agreement should be Public/Short description

    For now, on the rental agreement, the name of the property is the internal name. That can make guests confused since they only know the public name or short description of the property. Guests can also say that the name of the property they signed is not correct to what they booked and that would be a challenge for the property manager to show evidence that guests agreed with conditions in the contract.

    several rental sites display the price for each of the days in the calendar, much less of a surprise for the customer.

    As a PM or a Service provider, I would service provider portal to show the number of pets on the Jobs tab and the Calendar tab, along side the number of guests. It will help the Service provider plan and prepare better for the cleaning.

  16. Add an exclusion tags query parameter to the properties-get API call

    We'd like to be able to specify tags to exclude for when listing properties through the properties-get endpoint. There's an inclusion query there now, with the exclusion option we'd be able to better optimize our queries and reduce the number of API calls.

  17. Make it possible to forward/email responses from specific channels

    Use Case
    I want to receive emails for every new guest message that comes through our direct booking site, but I do not want to receive messages for Airbnb (or Vrbo, if that is ever added in the future). I use Hospitable for Airbnb and Vrbo messages, so I do not need to also receive those messages via Hostfully emails.

    It would be possible to create a hack that gets the desired end result using Gmail filters, except that right now the template variables [$LEADSOURCE$] [$LEADCHANNEL$] don't even work, so there is no way to add a field…

    It would be great to create a Mid-stay clean that could be done easily by adding the time-specific trigger for job creation.

    in our example, we offer a mid-stay clean for guests who stay more than 7 days.

  20. Load more Leads in the Inbox when scrolling down

    We have many messages come in per hour, but there are only so many Leads/messages displayed on the page at a time. It would be good to be able to see more Leads/messages load as the page is scrolled so I can see more past messages in case I need to reference one of them.
