  2. Sometimes I get messages from different languages via the inbox. It would be very helpful to automatically translate them similar to Airbnb inbox.This would help me avoid logging into other platforms or going on google translate to understand the message.

  3. On Booking.com there is an api reference to hide the address until the booking is confirmed. On the properties page a very good feature would be to add a checkbox for booking.com to enable this so users can have their addresses hidden prior to a confirmed reservation.

  4. The ability to see on one screen; day, week, month, individual selected quarters and year comparisons for property or all properties. More options with the reporting overall.

    EX: March 25 v March 24, March 23 etc.

  5. On guidebook portal > the page Property Management Platform Imports
    With the current flow to import from PMP, I will need to
    - Click to the PMP Import page
    - Click on import from PMP button
    - Being redirected to the page adjust the guidebook > Save
    - Then I must click the PMP Imports page again > re-allocate the property name > Click the import from PMP button to import the new one.
    Ex: If I have 40 properties, this flow would need to be repeated 40 times which caused a very unpleasant experience.

  7. At the moment, travelstaytion reservations show as the same as direct bookings in the central calendar. I would like to be shown different so we can distinguish them also there.

  8. I've added tags to all of our properties and its great. I can now filter properties using the tags on the calendar etc. But I can't seem to filter using the tags on the analytics page where this would be particularly useful.

  9. I have an increasing amount of bookings coming in via HomeToGo. There used to be a link (sync of calendar + prices + descriptions etc.) with them, but this is no longer the case.
    I would like to see this coming back as now there is a lot of manual input necessary to make sure I have all bookings in once place (Hostfully) and have my messages and triggers automated.

  11. PM wants to integrate with the PriceLabs feature that allows dynamic minimum stay rules based on booking dates. For example: a minimun stay of 3 nights if booked within 30 days, and 5 nights if booked more than 30 days in advance.

  12. I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

    • we can add and remove a chargeable service to existing boooking
    • have a payment link (Stripe) for an extra payment if required
    • and I believe refund is already supported through order balance when it becomes negative (I hope)
    • it has to work for any OTA, not only for direct bookings

    This is useful if you want to charge for early check-in or late check-out, for example. And any other additional services an agency may have.
