Ability to move a booking from one property to another
Currently, if a guest needs to be moved from one property to another, the only way is to cancel the original booking and create a new manual booking in the correct property. This process is time-consuming and can create confusion for both guests and property managers.
It would be extremely helpful to have a feature that allows property managers to transfer an existing booking from one property to another directly in the system.

Improve Password Reset UI with Clear Requirements
I would highly recommend this be part of the pop up that you see when you attempt to reset a password. i.e. list what symbols and characters are required, the min and max length, the characters and symbols that are not required, etc. This is pretty standard stuff for a working app

VRBO Commissions posted in Hostfully View Order
Post VRBO Commissions on each booking View Order. You have this enabled for Booking.com, but we have to look up VRBO commissions on VRBO platform. VRBO bills commissions in batches, so this is hard to find and include on Owner Statements at the end of each month.

Creating an onboarding form for Property Owners, for easier listing Creation
Create a dedicated onboarding form for owners to fill out, which the host can embed directly into Hostfully for automatic listing creation. Right now, the process is very manual.
Alternatively, create a section in the an owner portal where we can send owners a link to submit all their onboarding information. Then, with just one click, the host can generate the listing using the owner-provided data.
Overall goal: automate the properties onboarding process and eliminate manual work.

Support Open Inventory/ itinerary for Booking.com reservations
I have regularly situations that guests are delaying their check-in or leaving earlier. In any of this cases accommodation is not carrying costs of their choices. We do not provide refunds, payments adjustments for the change of plans of our guests or flyight delays. This shall be covered by their travel insurances.
We just want to have our data in calendar correctly so our team is not confused which day to expect the guest or to do check-out procedure. We also can use accommodation those days if there is interest. For that we need to open inventory (terminology from Booking.com…

UI Improvement: Stay Details: Reason for trip
The pre-arrival form allows for more text than what is shown in the Stay Details section. Unlike the Extra Notes section, there is not the handle in the corner so that you can pull to expand and reveal all the text. Instead, I have to go back to my email and search for the copy of the complete form that was emailed to us. It would be a very simple fix to add this expander!

be able to use the scope per total order with all channels when creating a fee
During onboarding we setup a 4% credit card processing fee to cover the 2.9% Stripe charge and the 1% hostfully charge. These fees are based on the entire amount of the reservation but the way that Hostfully collects only applies to the accommodation fare and nothing else. This fee rule was setup as "per stay", I have since changed it to "entire preservation" but when I did this the mapping drop downs for integration channels blocked out.

Ability to set a different default address when creating a lead
Currently, when a PM creates a lead manually, the client information always defaults to California as the address. This cannot be changed, and PMs need to update it manually each time.
It would be helpful to allow agencies to customize the default address (country, state, or leave blank) when creating a new lead. This would save time and reduce errors, especially for agencies operating outside of California.

Notification when owners edit existing booking dates
Notification when owners edit existing booking dates.
We get notified when an owner makes a booking through our emails. We do not get notified if the owner changes the booking date. For example, if they add on an extra night, we won't know unless we check the calendar every day.

Add beds to different room types
The possibility of adding beds to the rooms that are not bedrooms or living rooms. That way, when you choose to set an Office room type, you can add a Sofa bed, for example.

adding a link so you can upload an image in the booking report
we send these images in the statement as evidence of each reservation to the owners
The idea was that from Hostfully, it would be possible to include the image next to each row of the reservation so that the owner could consult it.
