  1. When sending checkin instruction from Pipeline, the information is defaulted to Checkin instruction in Property Settings page. However, this tab does not appear in Multi-unit settings page.

    It would be helpful if we can add the checkin instruction at property settings page or unit settings page so we don't have to create several custom templates for it and we can quickly send from Pipeline.

    Currently, to remove a LEID from our account in Hostfully, property managers must contact Support. This process can be time-consuming and requires manual intervention, which can delay operations and lead to inefficiencies.

    Requested Feature:

    I propose that Hostfully implements a feature that allows users to directly remove LEIDs from their accounts within the platform. This functionality would empower users to manage their LEIDs independently, without the need to go through Support.

  7. Can we please sort these in to different tabs. Every time an owner gets sent an automated email for a new booking it shows up in the top of my inbox. Completely unnecessary and bumps more important guest communication down. But having a tab for just Owner messages would allow me to find the owner message thread so much quicker

  10. All the data is available to include og:title and og:image tags in the page, but none are included so the direct booking site links do not look official or high quality in this context. The screenshot shows an embed for our property on Airbnb and the link for the same property on our direct booking site. Which one would you click on?

  18. Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.

    This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
    This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.
