Service provider name direct on calendar, just have to put arrow on bleu bubbles
When we create a task for a chalet, we see a blue bubble. It would be great if, when we hover the arrow over the bubble, a pop-up bubble appeared with the name of the person who will be performing the service, just like with reservations. When we hover the arrow over the reservation, the name appears quickly. I often need to know who is responsible for chalet maintenance, and I always have to go through a long process to find out. This would be much simpler.

Support charging pet fees on Booking.com using their “value add” rates
Booking.com now supports automatically adding a nightly additional amount for guests with pets. They do this using “value add” rates. I’d like to be able to create this pet rate, but my connection to Hostfully is preventing me from doing so. Please fix this issue so that I can seamlessly charge Booking.com guests extra for their pets.

Property setting fees report
We want a report to show all current fees applied to a property in Property reports. Basically, if we have 200 properties, I want a report to show which fees (e.g Linen fee) is applied to each property and the fee amount.
If running a Fee report or Financial report, it only shows the fees applied to a specific booking, while I want it to show at property level, not a booking level.1 vote -

Notes in Inbox View
Best thing would be that when we add things to notes like: guest paid early check-in, i need that to show up on the inbox in the sections shown in the picture below for example. That way these notes will impact the conversation and will be seen everytime we speak with the guests instead of having to go into the reservation details and accessing that info.

Currently, reports list bookings under the Master unit name, but do not group or display them under the corresponding multi-unit property name. This makes it difficult to identify which reservations belong to which multi-unit property, especially when managing several units within the same complex.

Add Integration/Trigger for Airbnb Guest Reviews (Content + Ratings)
I want to automatically record incoming Airbnb guest reviews (both review content and star ratings) and log this data into an Excel spreadsheet.
I'm using Zapier but the only available trigger option in Zapier is for bookings. There is currently no available trigger or API event in Zapier (or elsewhere) related to Airbnb guest reviews.

Guest details default to Property Manager' own country and state/province
We'd like to have the guest details default to our own country and state/province. At the moment every guest's default state/country is California USA, while most of our guests are Canadian and in our state, and we have to make changes to each one before saving a booking. Thanks! info@vacaybc.com

OTA+ Integration Request - Australian Trust Accounting Compliance
Please add OTA+ as an integration. OTA+ is fully compliant with trust-accounting regulations in every Australian state including the strict requirements for Queensland real-estate licensees managing short-term rentals.
More and more Australian agencies are required to operate through true trust accounts and OTA+ already provides compliant receipting, reconciliation, audit trails and disbursement workflows. Integrating OTA+ with Hostfully would remove double-data handling, reduce compliance risk and make Hostfully far more attractive to licensed agencies scaling their portfolios.

Tab grouping of property images and reordering by multiple selection of photos
I find it very time consuming to rearrange images and tagging them to specific spaces/areas, for example, to tag a listing with 80 images to each specific spaces such as living room, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, etc requires you to click into the image then select the tagging, then save, then repeat.
It would be much neater, if we could have tabs of different spaces, by just dragging them into the tabs, they are automatically tagged of the space. And by arranging the spaces tabs, it would arrange the order of the photos at the same time. This would be…

Multi currency for listings
VRBO only lists at USD/CAD. Our main listing currencies are in MYR. Pricelabs dont' support multi currency and even if it does, it still makes much more sense to publish prices to Hostfully before distributing to the OTAs.
Could Hostfully do something about multicurrency support? A simple way would be a fixed ratio (exchange rate) between a parent & child listing. We have normal listing as the parent and vrbo listing as a child. Then whatever the rates Pricelabs send to the parent, apply to the child after the exchange rate.
