  1. In email templates, the day of the week and month abreviations are in English, also to French recipients. It should be translated into the template language.

    On top of that, the date and month are inverted for us European. It's very confusing and makes us sound like a foreign automated company.

    See attached printscreen: it should say "du mercredi 16 juillet 2025 au dimanche 27 juillet 2025"

  3. There are many integrations (and channels). Every time you add a new property, you have to go through a long list looking for those that are enabled, then manage the settings and update to add the new property. If the list of integrations was sorted, it would be much easier to just go through them one by one and add the new property. Same thing with channels.

    Even better would be an option to turn on ALL enabled channels/integrations for a new property.

    Note that the platform already provides an option for "Ignore tax charge for over N days", on each of the Property Settings page. Is this the feature you're referring to?

    The event New message in inbox is working for action sending email only.

    As a host, I want this event works for channel message as well.

    It helps to cover the scenario:
    When the guest sent me a message, I want to be able to trigger to fire a automatically acknowledge message to guest. (Ex: I have received your message and will get back soon etc) when you received their message.

    => It helps to save the responding time in my account. (Airbnb has reviewed the host responding time)

  13. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

    We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

  14. Compiled Monthly report:

    We would like to see revenue by month to assess how we are adjusting rates month by month.

    A generic report that allows the listing of Revenue (rent or total rent options) by month to see revenue trends -all in one report- would be really helpful.

  18. Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

  20. When creating a new tax under the fees and policies tab we can select the option for "long term stay exemption" but after the tax was created we cannot see if we have selected the exemption on the tax details or not.
    It would be very useful to see this with the info of the tax.
