Ability to flexibly remove turnover day for some specific dates
At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".
The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

Pre-arrival form settings
In Pre-arrival form, I only need the information of main guest including guest name, age and email, not other additional guests. Imagine a villa with 10 guests, it will upset certainly the leader to fill the form for 10 guests, collect all names, emails, ages, etc
However, when unchecking the fields First name, Last name, Age, Email under 'Additional guest information' section makes the fields for Main guest (first name, last name, age, email) hidden as well so we have to add the custom questions.

Add a field for Security Deposit received in transaction reports that shows the Security Deposit received on the lead instead of the Securit
Currently the field Security Deposit Received in the Transaction reports shows by default the Security Deposit amount on the lead instead of the amount received. For instance, if we have received 0 for the Security Deposit this field will still show the Security Deposit amount instead of 0.

We want the owner portal to show the exact number and not rounding it up. You rounded up $1287.75 to $1288, it causes us issues and our owners want complete transparency. 2 +2.1 is 4.1 not 4 or 5 ... seriously

the cancellation policy updating in bulk is only available for Airbnb and VRBO on the property main setting. The cancellation policy on fee and policies tab is not available for update in bulk.

So I currently also manage a hotel. So the multi unit feature is a potential fit.
The current platform I use (cloudbeds) has a feature that allows me to advertise on metasearch on platforms like Google, Expedia, etc where people can see the actual pricing when they search and I can show up as an ad
3 votesThe platform currently supports multi-unit property publishing on Airbnb, Booking.com and direct. We are planning to allow multi-unit property publishing next on Vrbo, then Google, HVMI. The other channels (Expedia, Trivago etc) should follow shortly after.

Email attached to Vrbo inquiry
Enso states that the Vrbo inquiry must have an email attached. Enso is prepared for the fake email (as they don't have real ones unless booked) However, the current email reads a bunch of numbers, but doesn't have the @vrbo.com. The @ and the .com is what triggers Enso to be able to message the guest back through the platform

Sync message edits from Airbnb
When messages are edited in Airbnb only the original version shows in Hostfully. Syncing full edit history is a big ask, but showing the current version should be relatively easy from a product perspective, as long as the data is available from the Airbnb API

The trigger event: Booking Inquiry, should only trigger when there's an inquiry.
Currently, if a direct booking booking setting is set to Booking Request or Instant Book, if there's a Custom Template and Trigger to go out as an Auto Response for the event, Booking Inquiry, that trigger goes out as soon as a guest clicks Book Now. That does not seem logical if a guest is actually booking, and not just sending an inquiry. This can cause confusion to the guest about why they are getting an auto response to an inquiry, when they are not actually sending an inquiry, but they are in the first steps of actually booking. Financials reports in Reports
I would like to provide feedback on the Financial Reports section in Reports. When utilizing the Enhanced Reports, it is necessary to run it for an overview. However, I believe that with the Financial Report tab, you can simply choose a date range to view a list of reservations, including the booking breakdowns. This is a more convenient option.
If there is a feature to select the date type of booked date and stay date, it would greatly improve the usefulness of this section.

Add template for email forwarding
Allow to modify the notification sent by Email setting => Forward all emails form inbox to Agency Email.
At the moment, it's not showing in system template so we cannot modify it.

Use the full spelling of the month and day of the week on templates.
The month and day of the week are abbreviated on templates. Messages will appear less informal with the full spelling.
