Be able to upload photos or a pdf to owners portals_Such as Newsletters
There isn't a general file upload feature for posting photos or PDFs directly to the owner portal but it would be nice to have this feature to be able to post monthly newsletters or other key communication. Currently I have to email each owner a newsletter but they trend to loose it in their email or complain about having to check Hostfully for some information and emails for other info. I would be nice to have it all in one spot for them.

Allow editing of non–per stay fees in Lead Modal
Currently, only fees configured with a “per stay” scope are editable from the Lead Modal. Fees with other scopes (for example, per night or percentage-based configurations) are not editable, which limits flexibility when managing reservations.
This behavior can be confusing, especially in cases where:
A fee is not percentage-based but still cannot be edited
Other fees (like VAT) may appear editable, creating inconsistency
Property managers need to quickly adjust fees without adding manual workaroundsAt the moment, the only workaround is to add an adjustment or custom line item to offset the fee, which adds extra steps and reduces clarity…

* If you book more nights, there might be a discount based on LOS

Add “Booking Value” as a field in Reports & Analytics
Currently, analytics show Rental Revenue. However, many owners expect to see the Booking Value, what they actually receive.

Be able to include "super king"
In the UK, "super king" beds are an extra special feature. Can we have the ability to discern a super king bed, at the very least, on the direct booking site.

Manage Booking.com Invoice Details from Hostfully or Prevent Booking.com Invoice Details in Extranet from Being Overwritten
PM would prefer that the invoice information in Extranet not be overwritten, as the listings may belong to different owners or countries and having separate invoice details is important.
