Please create the option book within a specific period of time, from when the code was sent. i.e. when a guest checks out, they can receive the greatest discount to book with 72 hours of their stay. This would stimulate return bookings. I have seen these offers work at the end of a conference or the like. The best time to book your next trip is while you are enjoying your current one.

When I want to schedule an enhanced report to be sent for instance to our concierge so she can handle the check-in, the range options are fixed like : last week, last month, last quarter, last year and this week, this month, this quarter, this year... however, if it's end of July and I set for this month, she won't see arrivals of the next week. It would be more relevant to have ranges in the future like: next week, next 30 days, next 90 days.

  4. When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error
    => would be better for the pop-up window to say "There is already an active open hold for this listing"

  5. Many times I do a quick BLOCK on a set of dates for someone off-channel who wants to stay to no one can book it.
    Once we work out the details, I want to go from the block to a HOLD or BOOKING.
    But it won't convert. So - I have to cancel the block, and am nervous during that few mins that someone could block a date on a channel and mess up the booking!

    Simple fix would be to allow to covert a Block to hold or booking, so it never goes unavailable for someone to grab while…

    (base on channels)

    or

    if airbnb, owner payout = rent * (1-commission%)- airbnb host service fee
    if VRBO, owner payout = rent * (1-commission%)*(1-15%)

    etc...

    - Check-in Date
    - Check-out Date
    - Reservation Date
    - Lead Creation Date
    - Occupancy Date

    Some people would need to set up Fees/Taxes for specific date range, this filter would be much helpful. Otherwise, they have to issue the refunds for those inapplicable reservations which is not really an ideal choice

  10. When a potential guest looks at my nightly rate and breakdown on VRBO or DBS it only shows them a nightly rate because all of the fees are distributed into that nightly rate. Taxes can be shown separately, I have no issue with that

  11. It might be confusing between Minimum nights and weekend minimum nights in property settings. I just think people will think that the minimum stay requirement would override a minimum weekend requirement.

    It would be great to show a more detail in the tooltip to inform users that weekend minimum nights will override minimum nights field.

  12. At the moment, for special offers that came from a pre-approval lead, the management fees and pet fee was included directly to rent total.

    Now, when pulling the report, we couldn't pull the breakdown of Management fee and pet fee for this booking. I'm thinking of the Fees/order adjustments but I can't come up with an idea to make the rent total to be reflecting the correct amount.

  15. For canceled stays. Some jurisdictions require remittance of tot even on cancelled stays the hike others don't .

    We need to be able to specify if a tax or fee is refundable on cancellation.

    For example. If a cleaning fee is refunded then so is the tax but if there's a 50% rent retained on cancellation in some places we still have to collect and remit tax on the cancellation while some places only require occupancy tax if there's an actual occupancy…
