  4. A pet variable for use in emails (Airbnb, VRBO, and Hostfully) would be extremely helpful. Many housekeepers charge a pet fee, but currently, there’s no automated way to notify them—only manual updates, which also require giving them broader Hostfully access than needed. A pet variable could trigger alerts to both housekeeping and guests, streamlining communication and operations.

    A pet variable for Airbnb, VRBO, and Hostfully emails would be extremely useful. Many housekeepers charge a pet fee, but currently there’s no automated way to notify them—only manual updates, which also require giving them more Hostfully access than necessary.

  8. At the moment, Hostfully only supports LOS discount for Vrbo while on Vrbo it has Seasonal or Early booking discounts as well. It's not possible to apply those discounts on Vrbo as the calendar is blocked due to integration with HF

    Your documentation says that you are integrated to Dropbox Sign which is not correct, according to them. I am looking for a way to have my agreements signed and initialed (after certain paragraphs) before a rental agreement is finalized. Your current method will only collect a final signature. Signatures and Initials (both) make the form more legal.

    For legal reasons I would like the to be able to initial key sections of the agreement.

While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.

  12. Currently, the property endpoint returns the Airbnb ID but not Booking.com or Vrbo IDs. Also, the property-channel-links endpoint only includes channels like Homads, Vacaymyway, Golightly and Hometogo (if any)

    It would be beneficial if the API could return Booking.com and Vrbo property IDs as well, since they're major platforms many of us use. This would make it much easier to manage listings across channels through automation.

  13. I would like to create a form that guests fill out at checkout, indicating that they completed basic checkout tasks in exchange for a discount code for a future stay. I have someone ready to build the application, we just need access to create a discount code via API.

  14. In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.

    Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

  17. Property managers often encounter last-minute bookings where guests check in on the same day the booking is made. In such cases, there are typically two triggers:

    1/ An instant trigger for the event of NEW_BOOKING,

    2/ A time-based event trigger for BEFORESTAYSTARTS, which allows to fire after the check-in time.

    However, when both events are scheduled for the same time, there is currently no hierarchy or guarantee on the order in which these triggers will fire. As a result, the BEFORESTAYSTARTS trigger might send a message before the NEW_BOOKING event, leading to confusion and operational inefficiencies.

  18. When a report is multiple pages it helps to be able to see what column is pertaining to the information needed, ie, when filling out a tax report or the Owners payout report. A date stamp would just help narrow down which report is the correct one.

  19. We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.

  20. The report currently pulls all leads and doesn’t have a mechanism to handle group bookings yet. All main booking and sub bookings appear in the report causing incorrect financial statement.

    So only main booking should appear in the report, not sub bookings.
