Assign Trigger Recipients Based on Property-Cleaner Assignment
I manage multiple cleaners, and each cleaner is assigned to specific properties. Currently, when creating a trigger and selecting multiple cleaners as recipients, the notification is sent to all selected cleaners regardless of which property the booking belongs to. I want triggers to automatically send notifications only to the cleaner assigned to the property associated with the booking.

Right now, many users add the discounts from the promo codes to existing bookings by adding a negative line item to the lead.

PIN Code created for Lock-Off reservations: create both codes for each subunit when the master is booked.
The Point Central Integration, generates the codes for the Master unit and for the 2 sub units, as well, which are 2 different properties.
When the Master Unit is booked, the guest only received a code for one subunit, as it's the one selected in the lock of the Master unit, so the code for the other subunit is missing.
The request is to create both codes for each subunit when the master is booked.
In the meantime, there is a workaround shared by the PointCentral Integration Team:

Warn hosts: VRBO cancellations in Hostfully can trigger penalties
HOSTFULLY should clearly warn hosts about VRBO cancellation penalties when canceling inside PMS
I wanted to share a recent experience that exposed what I believe is a serious workflow issue between Hostfully and VRBO.
I had to cancel a VRBO booking because the guest did not meet my minimum age requirements. During the cancellation process in Hostfully, I was required to:
- Select who was initiating the cancellation
- Enter a required cancellation reason
Like many hosts would assume, I believed this required reason field was somehow passed along to VRBO and would be considered when reviewing the cancellation.

notification to host and guest when rental agreement has not been signed.
We need to have notifications sent to hosts when the guest has not signed the rental agreement. We have signature on the rental agreement as a requirement before check in details with the door code can be sent but there is no notification if it doesn't get signed. We want to eliminate the issue of a guest showing up to the property with no way to start their stay. Creating an onboarding form for Property Owners, for easier listing Creation
Create a dedicated onboarding form for owners to fill out, which the host can embed directly into Hostfully for automatic listing creation. Right now, the process is very manual.
Alternatively, create a section in the an owner portal where we can send owners a link to submit all their onboarding information. Then, with just one click, the host can generate the listing using the owner-provided data.
Overall goal: automate the properties onboarding process and eliminate manual work.

Improve the custom data field for Multi-unit
For now, if we have a custom data field named "Room name/Number" for a multi-unit property, for example. We would like to assign values to all units.The process appears to be as follows: go to the "Room name/Number" field, select a unit, enter a value, and save. After returning to the page, two "Room name/Number" fields are displayed: one containing the value that was just assigned and another empty field. We then repeat the same process for the next unit until all units have been assigned a value.

Improve Airbnb Guest Trust for Pre-Arrival Forms and Rental agreement
Guests booking through Airbnb may be reluctant to complete Hostfully pre-arrival forms or rental agreements when the links direct them outside of Airbnb. Airbnb displays a warning advising guests to remain on the platform for safety, which can create distrust and lead to cancellations.
It would be helpful to provide a way to collect required forms and agreements through Airbnb-approved workflows, or to offer clearer messaging and branding that reassures guests the external forms are legitimate and required by the host. This could help reduce guest concerns, improve completion rates, and prevent avoidable cancellations.

Option "send quote" should not be available for Vrbo inquiries
For Vrbo inquiries, we usually advise to not send quote with payment link for 2 reasons
- Vrbo does not permit sending links or contacts through channel messages if the lead is in inquiry stage
- In rare cases, if a guest makes a payment via the link, that lead will bypass the connection and be converted into an offline booking on Vrbo.
However, the option to send a quote for Vrbo inquiry is still available which could be confused. Thus, the option "send quote" should not be available for all Vrbo inquiries.

Allow text string comparisons in reports
Right now, a formula contains text such as if({LEADEXTRANOTES}="paid to Owner", {ORDERPAIDTO_DATE}, 0) will not work. I'd like text string comparisons to work in reports.

Be able to edit system messages on the booking widget.
When a guest goes to book, there are some messages in the process that would be ideal if we could edit that message.
In the screenshot below, if a guest is attempting to book outside of the booking lead time, we'd prefer to have a note that tells guests to contact host directly, for example.
And, if the property is set to 0% at reservation, it would be very useful to be edit the message that says something like, Thank you for your payment, when they have not paid anything.1 vote -

minimum price rule
The minimum price rule should be improved so that the specific nightly rate for a date is used rather than a set rate for every stay. Our pricing is very specific week by week / night by night . We would like to be able to take bookings for less nights than our minimum stay as long as we still received the minimum amount of revenue (e.g. take a 2 night stay but it costs the same as 3). One value across the year isn't as effective and increases the cost in some weeks disproportionately.
