  1. Currently, images and text must be sent separately, which makes communication less efficient and can cause confusion for guests. Being able to include both in the same message would improve clarity, streamline conversations, and enhance the overall guest experience

  2. We have many returning guests or extending stays. Every time we have to fill all the guest data again manually.
    At the previous PMS systems we were use to just choose from the client database and it filled in all data that we had already inserted when the guest came 1st time.

    The system offered the list of most current guests with the starting letters that we had inserted or choice to search in guest database

  3. I still would like to raise the request to change the obligation to fill the email address.

    If platforms provide their internal address - it is ok for system to take it. But even they are not releasing the real address of the guest.

    every dummy email is wasting of our time to fill it and can cause some issues to release information and data somewhere that we have no control where it will end up

  4. I’d like to request the ability within our PMS to set an age restriction for our properties—for example, to only accept guests who are 21 years of age or older—and automatically prevent bookings from anyone under 21.

    Could this feature be developed to work across all connected channels (not just Vrbo), so that age restrictions are enforced automatically at booking?

  6. Notification when owners edit existing booking dates.

    We get notified when an owner makes a booking through our emails. We do not get notified if the owner changes the booking date. For example, if they add on an extra night, we won't know unless we check the calendar every day.

    Introduce configurable resolution transaction line items that allow Airbnb (and other OTA) resolution amounts to be split into distinct, clearly defined entries for accurate reporting and trust accounting integrations. This should also apply to cancelled reservations with partial payments, where manual allocation is often required.

    PROBLEM
    Resolution amounts and partial payments from cancelled reservations are currently recorded as single transactions. This does not allow separation between owner revenue, manager revenue, or mixed allocations, which is required for compliant trust accounting and accurate financial reporting.

  14. I need to be able to send a message on a particular day of the week AND at a set time. I have bin reminders to send that happen weekly, when a guest stay is active. If I choose the day (i.e. Tuesday reminder for a Wednesday collection) the reminder is sent Tuesday am and we might have a new guest in Tuesday pm. If we send the reminder on Wednesday its too late... I want to choose day of the week and timing as a condition

  15. Currently, users can generate owner reports for either: A single month, or
    a custom date range spanning multiple months

    However, when generating a report for a multi-month period (for example, December–February), the data is aggregated into one combined report. There is no way to view or export the same report with a clear separation of data by month within that period. I'd like to have an option to split owner reports by month when generating a report for a multi-month period.

  19. Currently, Hostfully billing is only available in USD. For customers operating outside the United States, particularly in markets like Australia, this creates additional challenges such as currency conversion fees, fluctuating exchange rates, and more complex accounting.

    It would be incredibly valuable for Hostfully to support billing in additional currencies, starting with AUD, with the ability to expand to other commonly used currencies (EUR, GBP, CAD, etc.). This would significantly improve the experience for international customers, simplify accounting and reconciliation, and better support Hostfully’s growing global user base.
