To significantly improve calendar and mobile functionality, we request two key updates: 1) Implement an "Expand All Properties" button on the main calendar to instantly display all unit bookings, eliminating the need for tedious manual expansion and allowing hosts to quickly view inventory across the entire portfolio. 2) Integrate the "Rebook/Extend Stay" feature into the mobile app, allowing hosts to rapidly create an extension booking for current guests from any location, enhancing efficiency and improving responsiveness to guest requests.

  4. Enable Hostfully to automatically collect and remit taxes for direct bookings, similar to what some competitors (e.g. Hospitable Direct Premium) currently offer.
    For direct bookings, Hostfully allows users to configure and charge taxes, but the responsibility of filing and remitting those taxes remains fully manual.
    Automatic tax collection and remittance would be a major value add and a true “game changer” for direct bookings

  6. It would be very helpful to have the ability to send a mass SMS message to past guests directly from Hostfully.

    Currently, SMS messages can only be sent through reservation-based triggers, but there is no way to broadcast a text message to all previous guests at once.

    This feature would allow property managers to easily send direct booking promotions, special offers, or announcements to their past guests via SMS without needing to export contacts and use a third-party texting platform.

  9. Right now when deleting a fee under Fees, Taxes, and Policies, the fee will be deleted for all properties by default. You also have the option to select the properties from which you can remove the fee.
    However, I think by default we should have it removed for the property that I'm selecting, not all, since it's confusing and I can accidentally delete it for all.

  11. Currently in Hostfully there is limited flexibility in how taxes and platform-related fees are calculated and applied. This creates accounting discrepancies compared with how other platforms (e.g., Airbnb) treat revenue components and prevents accurate handling of regional tax rules and channel-specific fees.

    Two key limitations cause issues:

    .Taxes and levies cannot be configured based on total booking revenue or stay length.
    .Fees cannot vary based on the booking channel.

    This makes it difficult to ensure taxes and platform fees are applied correctly and creates reconciliation problems for accounting.

  17. A message was missed due to someone read or marked the thread as read, which resulted in a late response to guest.

    when someone click on the Inbox, it could be auto load the 1st unread thread, hence the thread is marked as read, when you move to another guest thread.
    Right now, it's not possible to see who read the inbox.

    Updating the status back to "under review" as we had some changes on our roadmap and have two projects to be done before we can jump to SSO with Google.

  19. Currently, users can generate owner reports for either: A single month, or
    a custom date range spanning multiple months

    However, when generating a report for a multi-month period (for example, December–February), the data is aggregated into one combined report. There is no way to view or export the same report with a clear separation of data by month within that period. I'd like to have an option to split owner reports by month when generating a report for a multi-month period.

  20. There is no option to prompt guests to sign the rental agreement directly from the pipeline. Yesterday, I had a guest who hadn’t received check-in details because they hadn’t signed the rental agreement. Since there’s no drop-down option in the pipeline to send them the rental agreement, I had to handle this manually.
