  2. AIrbnb now has PHOTO TOUR.

    In Hostfully it appears to map from "Where you will Sleep" in a photo.
    Which is very confusing as it's no longer just where you will sleep. (hence why I wasn't using it).
    It is now a way to setup the Photo Tour.
    If you set it up directly on Airbnb, the next sync will override it and it will be undone.
    Every ROOM must have a photo tagged to it before Airbnb will show the actual Photo Tour.

  3. Currently in Spain we are having to register every guest over a certain age. The pre arrival form is the only way we can capture this without spending a lot of manhours chasing guests for information.
    What I propose is that each section of the form has the ability to add extra boxes of information.
    We need the name, I.D. type, I.D. number, expiry date, home address and the list goes on for each guest. So when they select the number of guests, you get multiple input boxes. Currently we get basic information for multiple guests and we need more.…

  6. When we send text messages to potential clients with links to our listings, the Hostfully logo appears instead of our company’s logo.

    It would be really helpful if we could update this so that the agency logo logo appears in these communications.

    This would enhance branding and make presentations to clients more professional.

  7. Best thing would be that when we add things to notes like: guest paid early check-in, i need that to show up on the inbox in the sections shown in the picture below for example. That way these notes will impact the conversation and will be seen everytime we speak with the guests instead of having to go into the reservation details and accessing that info.

  8. On Booking.com there is an api reference to hide the address until the booking is confirmed. On the properties page a very good feature would be to add a checkbox for booking.com to enable this so users can have their addresses hidden prior to a confirmed reservation.

  14. When altering an Airbnb special offer booking from Pipeline, alteration (by choosing 1 more nights) kinda reset calculation to default ones, which is higher then the original quote guest books.

    This will cause confusion to guest as they see the price is way much higher than it should and possibly guest can cancel. So when altering a special offer, the original quote should remain plus the additional rent for extra nights added which would be more helpful.

  15. How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?

    For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

  19. A pet variable for use in emails (Airbnb, VRBO, and Hostfully) would be extremely helpful. Many housekeepers charge a pet fee, but currently, there’s no automated way to notify them—only manual updates, which also require giving them broader Hostfully access than needed. A pet variable could trigger alerts to both housekeeping and guests, streamlining communication and operations.
