  1. If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

  2. When we send a quote, it is important to see in that quote the discount applied. For instance, I set 10% for more than a week. Instead to change automatically the daily rate, it should show the discount applied as a single line. I believe that Guests would be more inclined to book with a discount.

  3. I want to set property's check-out time to be 10:30. At the moment, the supported values are [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23].

  4. The most useful inbox filter would be conversations where guests have sent messages to us, but we haven't replied yet. Sometimes these get buried, and it requires going through every single thread to look it over. Ideally this would be set up so that automated messages from triggers/templates did not count as replies from us.

    Or possible this could be set up through a totally different field. For example, each message thread could have a status box next to it. Whenever a guest sent a message, it could update that status box to say "Needs attention" in yellow. Then if…

    Note that you can now schedule automated refunds from the Hostfully platform, so this makes manual refunds less valuable.

  8. The font color and size of the Owner Report is too small and light, making it difficult to read, also no color to differentiate booking's source.

    If we're able to edit the font/color of the report, it would be much more helpful.

  9. I had a great conversation with Vrbo yesterday and it came to our notice that Hostfully is not current on Vrbo's amenties.

    Many of the basic amenties, such as toilet paper, blender, dishwasher, etc, etc, are not checked off. When I checked under the Property Amenties tab, those only have Airbnb's icon next to them.
    How quickly can Hostfully resolve this issue as guest will not want to book if they think basics are not supplied.

    Also, Vrbo has Bathroom specifics (does the bathroom have a tub, shower only, etc) but I cannot see this in Hostfully's Property's. All I…

  10. Sometimes some messages failed to be sent due to server errors (Call failed 500, 429, 404). I had to go to Message Log > manually re-fired it. However, it will be better if the system automatically retries the failed messages for these types of errors.

  13. In the pipeline tab there is a Link at the top where you can "see all customers". I would like the option to be able to add customer info manually. This would be amazing for when I meet people in person that say they want to come stay at one of my properties and I could just save their info in their directly. I can then send communications directly from their contact page. This would significantly increase workflow and help with marketing, etc...

  14. As an owner, I cannot easily tell which report is which from Owner Portal. It'd be better if we can add the date to when the report was sent, or the date range to Owner Portal > Statements.

  18. When I change the rent manually on Pipeline, I want the rent I input manually to remain the same when I change the number of guest, as long as it's not exceeding the base guest.

    For example. my base guest is 10, I changed the rent to $100 manually on Pipeline. When I edit the lead once more with number of guests = 2 (which is <10), I expect the rate $100 to be kept, instead of the (dynamic) rate on pricing tab.

  20. At the end of the month I complete a spreadsheet capturing the final revenue and occupancy data for each property. Right now I have to download as csv and filter one property at a time. I would just like to see a summmary of all properties for a given time frame.

    Note: we can almost do this with the “property report”
    But it shows “estimated revenue” which isn’t accurate.
