Expose and Improve "Place on hold" email template to add booking dates
It would be helpful if the email that we get when a property has been put on hold by a guest would include the dates concerned, not just the property name. Now it looks like this:

Add additional options for frequency of scheduled enhanced reports
When scheduling enhanced reports, there should be additional options for the frequency of report generation. Currently, the only options are Daily, Weekly, and Monthly frequency. For those that use additional software that integrates with Hostfully to import reservations, a report is often needed more than once a day. Please integrate smaller timeframes, for instance, 1-hour - given that bookings can happen at any time and integrated software needs to stay updated with new reservations.

Support more than 1 condition in the Enhanced report
I want to create in the financial report a field called ´final rent´where the values displayed are the final rent amount for each booking, after applying some conditional functions, considering the channel, and the currency.
For example, IF channel is Booking, AND currency is USD, Multiply the rent amount per 400, and divide it by 800.
Another example. IF channel is Booking, AND currency is ARS, divide the rent amount by 800.

Ability to delete Airbnb inquiries
Airbnb inquiries remain in the pipeline and can not be deleted. I would like the ability to delete them as they clutter the inbox. It skews agency stats/metrics

Improve cleaner assignment
Because we are a hotel with multiple cleaners, we are unable to utilize the turnover function you created. Instead, we have made our cleaners associates so they can view the calendar. I noticed in my dashboard (as manager) I can see a summary of notifications which show which properties have a check out and check in for the day. This is unfortunately not visible to agents... but we would really like for it to be. This would allow our cleaners and maintenance personnel to see exactly what rooms are turning over that day so they can get to work without…

Auto block multiple units
I have one house with 3 options of booking: a 3 bedroom option, a 2 bedroom option and a 1 bedroom option. Each one needs to block the other two. For each option, the guest will get the whole house and property and i just have the other bedroom doors locked. There is no house sharing.option.
Master-sub relationship doesn't work because once a child unit is booked, the other is not blocked.
iCals can help sync all properties, but it will create hidden blocks that affect the payment link.

Have "Transit" field not pushed to HVMI/Hostfully channel as public
The transit field is mapped with Airbnb's direction field, which is revealed after a confirmed booking; while it's listed as public information in HVMI/Hostfully listing, which is confusing.
I would refer to not push Transit field to HVMI/Hostfully in the listing and only expose after a confirmed booking, similar to Airbnb. Otherwise, Transit field should not map with direction field on Airbnb.

New calendar UI improvement for master and single calendar.
New calendar UI feedback and request:
- For the master calendar: I want to make check out dates to be found easier=> the booking line should extend until the middle of the date (like the old calendar)
- For the single calendar: it shows 2 months in a row now

Show the error message if user enter the number with comma when adjusting th amount
When I add the order adjustment via Pipeline,
If I I pasted the amount "3,031.56" > it recorded only "$3" which is not the desired amount.if you put a comma, the system is going to add only the numbers before the comma. The only symbol you should use is the period for the decimals.
As the user, sometime I will not notice about the commas, could you please add the headup or show the error instead of inserting the number before the comma as now?

Seasonal discounts for extended stay
It would be great to offer extended stay discounts that are seasonal so we may use them for the low season. We have interest from guest originating in cold climates to come stay at our property in Florida during the winter months. Currently hostfully allows extended stay discounts but I can not apply that to certain times of year - currently only appears to be on an annual basis. I just had a guest book our property using the extended stay discount during peak season which resulted in a 13,000.00 discount.
10 votesHello Richard, have you tried using the discount code feature we provide? You can create discount codes that are only valid at particular times of the year. You can decide to grant those codes only to guest who extend their stay, or any particular rules you'd want to apply.

Set booking windows for different channels
Allow you to set Booking Windows for different Channels - I.E. 3 Months for Airbnb - 6 Months for VRBO - Unlimited for Hostfully.
This will allow users to drive traffic to their most preferred channel
