Ability to update the link of "privacy term"
At the time of payment, the client is binding himself by the terms and conditions of the rental agency, not the platform on which the transaction happens (Hostfully). The T&Cs of the agency should be readily available via a link to be visited should the clients want to check. If necessary, Hostfully may also want to display their privacy rules about handling personal and financial data, but this should be presented separately.

In the Owners list, she'd like to see Owner's, mailing address, phone, which properties (property names) this person owns.

White label hostfully logo in SMS and whatsapp messaging
When we send text messages to potential clients with links to our listings, the Hostfully logo appears instead of our company’s logo.
It would be really helpful if we could update this so that the agency logo logo appears in these communications.
This would enhance branding and make presentations to clients more professional.

Reschedule Auto 2nd Payment Balance When Updating Split Payment Settings
As a property manager, I want the auto 2nd payment balance to be rescheduled whenever I update the split payment settings on the property settings page. This ensures that payment handling for leads is automatically adjusted based on the updated settings, maintaining accuracy and reducing manual intervention.
Current Behavior: When the split payment settings are updated on the property’s main settings page, the payment handling for the associated lead is not rescheduled. However, updating the lead directly in the lead modal correctly triggers the rescheduling of the payment due handling.

Add tabs to sort inbox into Guest, Owner & Team messages
Can we please sort these in to different tabs. Every time an owner gets sent an automated email for a new booking it shows up in the top of my inbox. Completely unnecessary and bumps more important guest communication down. But having a tab for just Owner messages would allow me to find the owner message thread so much quicker

Add thumbnail/title for pretty embeds of direct booking links
All the data is available to include og:title and og:image tags in the page, but none are included so the direct booking site links do not look official or high quality in this context. The screenshot shows an embed for our property on Airbnb and the link for the same property on our direct booking site. Which one would you click on?

Display Custom Rates in Job Reports
The PM has different rates for each property and would like the job reports to display the values entered under Property > Service Provider > Cost. This would provide greater clarity and accuracy when reviewing job-related expenses.

Publishing multi-unit properties on Google, Trivago, Expedia
So I currently also manage a hotel. So the multi unit feature is a potential fit.
The current platform I use (cloudbeds) has a feature that allows me to advertise on metasearch on platforms like Google, Expedia, etc where people can see the actual pricing when they search and I can show up as an ad
3 votesThe platform currently supports multi-unit property publishing on Airbnb, Booking.com and direct. We are planning to allow multi-unit property publishing next on Vrbo, then Google, HVMI. The other channels (Expedia, Trivago etc) should follow shortly after.

Integrate with Todoist. It fills void in our feature set and offers a robust task manager.
Todoist offers multiple integrations incl Zapier and they also have an API. Task management is very important for cleaning and maintenance and several other functions. todoist.com

Extend booking
Allow a direct booking extension when guests book from sites such as Booking.com/Airbnb.
We currently have to create a new booking if a guest would like to extend their stay which then creates a request for ID/deposit etc and then they will get various messages which aren't necessary. We need the ability to extend an existing booking directly1 vote -
Sync message edits from Airbnb
When messages are edited in Airbnb only the original version shows in Hostfully. Syncing full edit history is a big ask, but showing the current version should be relatively easy from a product perspective, as long as the data is available from the Airbnb API

Make the system recognize number values so that numbering properties will show up in order, instead of starting back at 1.
If the properties are numbered so we can see them listed in numerical value. Currently, if properties are numbered 1-15, for example, they will show as 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. Can the system recognize the actual number value instead putting 10 after 1?

Ability to create formula based on condition "Property is"
We have the fee that is deducted directly from Rent in Enhanced Reporting for each booking. The issue is this fee is different per property so we have to create several reports for property or group of properties based on the fee which is pretty inconvenient and we cannot have an overview of all properties.
If there is feature where we can create formula for fee per booking based on property condition, it would be great

Integrate with Rental Listing Sites (Mid Term Rentals)
For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.
Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.
