  1. Currently, when a PM creates a lead manually, the client information always defaults to California as the address. This cannot be changed, and PMs need to update it manually each time.

    It would be helpful to allow agencies to customize the default address (country, state, or leave blank) when creating a new lead. This would save time and reduce errors, especially for agencies operating outside of California.

  5. When viewing the lead modal via a browser on a mobile device, it is not mobile-friendly. The buttons for View Order, Create a Job, and Message are overlapping the x icon to close the lead modal, making it difficult to close the lead modal or click on any of those action buttons.

  8. Currently, the rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rent. I’d like the option for the multiplier to apply to all fees (such as cleaning, service, or management fees) to offset Airbnb's host service fee.

  11. Currently, the Transaction Reports in Hostfully do not allow filtering by payment method. Property managers would benefit from the ability to generate reports that show only transactions made through a specific processor, such as Stripe, PayPal, or VRP. This would make it easier to reconcile payments and track revenue by payment source without exporting and manually filtering the data.

    Why SMS-based MFA is insecure

  17. In "Notifying the owner about new booking" template, I want to apply more variables about the order than the current existing one.

    E.g Rental Revenue: [{ORDERBASEAMOUNT}-{COMMISSIONOTATOTAL}+{ADJUSTMENTRENT}+{EXTRAGUESTFEEAMOUNT}+{PAYMENTPROCESSINGFEE}]

    But currently, the template variables only support some basic order details.

  18. Bookings from TravelStaytion should appear on Calendar as from TravelStaytion, not direct bookings. It does for Pipeline, Dashboard and Reports but it does not work like that for Calendar.

  19. Neither threads or messages have detailed info about the sender.

    In threads it simply shows the “participantUid”: “agencyUid” in the participants when the “participantType”: “AGENCY”. It does not show the actual sender whether the employeeUid of the agency, or it was a system response.

    In the messages response it simply shows “senderType”: “AGENCY” or “senderType”: “GUEST” but it does not show actual sender either.

  20. The calendar on the direct booking site doesn't allow you to select dates, view pricing or click on dates to make a booking and just seems to be for display only.
