Sort the integrations and channel pages by 'enabled' status
There are many integrations (and channels). Every time you add a new property, you have to go through a long list looking for those that are enabled, then manage the settings and update to add the new property. If the list of integrations was sorted, it would be much easier to just go through them one by one and add the new property. Same thing with channels.
Even better would be an option to turn on ALL enabled channels/integrations for a new property.

Support hyperlinks in the Mobile App's inbox
Hyperlinks are shown as full URLs in the mobile app inbox only and not in the PMP's inbox.

folders in template
I have over 30 templates and it's getting difficult to organize, see what we really needs, identify double communication, etc... It would be great to have the ability to sort them, or organize in custom folders, just like in an inbox.

Unification of Terms: Rental Conditions and Rental Agreement
Currently, the text used as the rental agreement (referred to as such in the triggers and templates section) is placed under the "Rental Conditions" section of the property settings. To enhance consistency and clarity across the platform, we suggest unifying the terminology.
Using "Rental Agreement" consistently throughout the platform will streamline navigation, improve searches, and create a more cohesive user experience.

When booking changes houses. Notify both owners of the change
When a guest changes houses within their reservation the original owner should be notified of the cancellation and the the new owner should be notified of the booking.

Bulk features for enhanced reporting
It would be really helpful if we could easily make changes and rerun all reports with one click. This includes downloading reports in PDF or Excel format, emailing them to each owner, and publishing them to the owner portal - all with one click. This streamlined process allows for easy review and scalability. However, while the customization of reports in Hostfully is powerful, it may not be efficient for owner-specific bulk reporting. With a growing number of owners, it may become difficult to provide reports to each one on a monthly basis.

include a header on each page of a multipage report
When a report is multiple pages it helps to be able to see what column is pertaining to the information needed, ie, when filling out a tax report or the Owners payout report. A date stamp would just help narrow down which report is the correct one.

Display availability per channel based on booking lead times
Display availability per channel based on booking lead times.
For example, On Hostfully, setting a negative Booking Lead Time allows same-day bookings. This means that, as there are no blocks or reservations, the date will appear available.
Channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, and the direct booking site will also show this date as available since they allow same-day bookings.
However, Vrbo will display the date as unavailable, as it doesn’t support same-day bookings under such settings.

How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?
For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

Compiled Monthly report:
We would like to see revenue by month to assess how we are adjusting rates month by month.
A generic report that allows the listing of Revenue (rent or total rent options) by month to see revenue trends -all in one report- would be really helpful.

Make "long term stay exemption" visible on the tax details
When creating a new tax under the fees and policies tab we can select the option for "long term stay exemption" but after the tax was created we cannot see if we have selected the exemption on the tax details or not.
It would be very useful to see this with the info of the tax.

Enhanced Photo Gallery Layout for Property Listings
Currently, the property photo section displays images vertically, one below the other. While functional, this layout can make it difficult to view the overall sequence or organisation of photos.
We propose implementing a gallery-style view, where 4-5 photos are displayed per row. This change would allow users to better visualise the sequence of images, organise them more efficiently, and easily select multiple photos for deletion or editing in bulk.
This enhancement would streamline the photo management process and improve the overall user experience.
