  3. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  4. Would be cool if we could have more editing possibility over this pre-arrival form. If we could add some text, for instance if I could add a text-box above the esimated arrival time:
    "Please note that arrival time is possible from 3pm" or if a message could show saying "only from 3pm" for isntance.

    Instead of custom field, if we could chose the way we want to organize info on this pre-arrival form with "drag and drop" of elements.

  5. Currently if I create a Custom Variable, the Custom Data field won't hold its formatting and will send over as a large lumped together message with no enters or spaces. I would like to add Custom Variables with multiple lines such as Check Out Instructions or House Rules etc so I don't have to create multiple Templates for each property.

  6. In enhanced reports tab, I noticed that the financial report seems to have almost all fields available to add in the report, but in other types of report some fields are not available.
    For instance, I need to build a report for the government regarding tourist tax. I would love to add the tag of the guest in this report, because that is a workaround I have found to include the origin country of the guest in the report (by the way it would be useful to have a field for the country of the guest).

  7. On the property search widget, if a guest enters dates in the widget, it takes you to the page with the properties available for those dates. If you click on a property, then it takes you to the property page, but the booking widget does not auto fill the dates that the guest already selected. It would be helpful to have the dates auto fill that they already entered in the property search widget.

  8. In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.

    Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

  9. I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
    On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.

  11. Best-case scenario would be ai drafts a reply and sends to the appropriate team member (filtered by star). The team member could click accept to post the review reply easily, or edit and then post directly from the pushed notification (within hostfully, or within email, or whatever made sense).

  12. The check box "Send copy to Agency" in custom templates like the one in system template is for control purpose, we always do send a copy to the agency.

    This is because (as you are aware of) the toggle function is not working well and we need to know when and if a template has been send (automatically and manually). It’s our work process at the moment. Also once in a while the connection we have via Outlook got a token error.

    This is also a check when we don’t receive a email send into our Outlook Inbox.

  13. Hi team,

    At the moment, the system doesn't support splitting 2nd payment into 2 or more payments.

    As a workaround, users should:
    1. Create manual payment link from Stripe > send to the guest
    2. Once the guest pays, Record a payment manually from Pipeline
    3. When the 2nd payment is due, the payment link will be sent to the guest with the correct amount

    That seems like a very overly-complicated way to handle this very simple use case. We would love to have an option to bill card on file and apply to balance feature to the platform.

  14. For Airbnb reservations from 28 nights, Airbnb will split the payment into 2 transactions but in Hostfully there's 1 transaction and it shows as fully paid at the beginning while it is not.

    Payment of Long-term Airbnb reservations (from 28 nights) needs updating correctly in Hostfully.

  15. Hi team,

    At the moment, on Order details page, it shows the detailed breakdown of each tax, and tax on a tax is on a separate line.

    It's your current design and it's not possible to change on UI for now.

    However, we'd like to show tax on a tax on the same line with tax it self, basically, the total of each tax, instead of having 2 lines for 1 tax.

    it's more the details for customer invoicing that we are interested in.

  16. Hi team,

    We'd like to have a report to determine what percentage of bookings come from each booking platform. For example I would like to be able to see what percent of bookings come from Airbnb, BDC, etc.

    For now, it's possible to run Property performance report or any others, but the Channel performance one for agency.

  19. Since we work with international clients, it would be usefully that the variables [$AGENCYSIGNATURE$] and [$AGENTSIGNATURE$] display the full phone number INCLUDING the country dialing code.

    Currently the phone is displayed as "771234567" : all number sticked together and without 0 before, so it's wrong for both for national and international clients.
