  1. It would be highly beneficial to introduce a feature allowing users to create custom channels in Hostfully, beyond the standard ones like Airbnb or Booking.com. For example, users could add channels like "Reception Desk," "Travel Agency Partnerships," or "Corporate Bookings" to track more specific booking sources. Additionally, implementing color-coding options for these channels would allow for easy visual differentiation and streamlined data analysis at the end of the season. This added flexibility would make managing and analyzing bookings much more intuitive, especially for businesses with diverse booking sources.

  2. Payment processing fees are a lot and add up as an expense. Please add an option to charge the guest for payment processing fees when using Stripe as a payment processor.

  5. Ability to group taxes on the guest interface, so it would not show as separate items. It could be a deterrent because the guest might feel overhelmed seeing they are paying alot of taxes.

  7. In the owners section in the main dropdown menu, the owners are displayed but, (we have over 100 properties listed), we need the properties linked to the owner so we do not have to search through all properties to find them.

  8. When sending checkin instruction from Pipeline, the information is defaulted to Checkin instruction in Property Settings page. However, this tab does not appear in Multi-unit settings page.

    It would be helpful if we can add the checkin instruction at property settings page or unit settings page so we don't have to create several custom templates for it and we can quickly send from Pipeline.

  13. I don't want any triggers to fire when I manually add bookings to the system, because sometimes I need to edit the pricing, reservation before the triggers go out. I want to have a button so I can check to temporarily stop all triggers from firing for specific guests.

  15. The calendar on the owner portal should look similar to the PM calendar does. I would like them to be able to see the bookings exact dates, not necessarily names of the person, but the blocks. Their calendar view is very basic and only shows availability instead of full individual blocked dates.

  19. When I deleted the report on HFL
    On owner portal the report still there, however, when the owner click on it > it shows the error page which can cause the confusion for owners.

    => I want when 1 report was deleted on my side, it should be removed automatically on owner side.

  20. Make the new AI feature available to owners/internal users as well. There are many times a new hire (or someone dealing with a new property) would love to ask questions vs look up in a specific tab on the sheet. Or even text the questions while they’re on the go. Basically the same feature but accessible to internal users, not just guests. This way property managers out at 1 property, getting a question about something on another property - a quick English text to get an English answer (instead of relying on a human help desk) is SO much easier…
