Ability to Send Mass SMS to Past Guests
It would be very helpful to have the ability to send a mass SMS message to past guests directly from Hostfully.
Currently, SMS messages can only be sent through reservation-based triggers, but there is no way to broadcast a text message to all previous guests at once.
This feature would allow property managers to easily send direct booking promotions, special offers, or announcements to their past guests via SMS without needing to export contacts and use a third-party texting platform.

Make the process of deleting a fee/tax more intuitive
Right now when deleting a fee under Fees, Taxes, and Policies, the fee will be deleted for all properties by default. You also have the option to select the properties from which you can remove the fee.
However, I think by default we should have it removed for the property that I'm selecting, not all, since it's confusing and I can accidentally delete it for all.1 vote -

Currently in Hostfully there is limited flexibility in how taxes and platform-related fees are calculated and applied. This creates accounting discrepancies compared with how other platforms (e.g., Airbnb) treat revenue components and prevents accurate handling of regional tax rules and channel-specific fees.
Two key limitations cause issues:
.Taxes and levies cannot be configured based on total booking revenue or stay length.
.Fees cannot vary based on the booking channel.This makes it difficult to ensure taxes and platform fees are applied correctly and creates reconciliation problems for accounting.

Add log to see who read/marked read the message in inbox
A message was missed due to someone read or marked the thread as read, which resulted in a late response to guest.
when someone click on the Inbox, it could be auto load the 1st unread thread, hence the thread is marked as read, when you move to another guest thread.

Discount & Promotion Analytics in Hostfully Dashboard
The Hostfully analytics dashboard currently provides strong metrics such as:
Rental revenue
Nights booked
Average Daily Rate (ADR)
Occupancy rate
RevPAR
However, there is no visibility into discounts applied across bookings. This makes it difficult to measure the financial impact of promotions, manual discounts, or promo codes.
Problem
At the moment, there is no reporting that shows:
Total discounts applied
Promo code usage value
Revenue lost to discounts
Gross potential revenue vs discounted revenue
Without this data, it is difficult to evaluate whether discounts are driving incremental bookings or simply reducing revenue unnecessarily.

Display the correct error when adding owners
I got this error "Internal server error" when adding an owner. It turns out the email has already been added as an owner, or was previously used in another role (guest, service provider, etc.). I would like a more user-friendly error such as "The email has been taken" or something so that I know how to fix it without the need to ask support.

Allow separate reporting by business branch or region
t would be very useful if Hostfully reports could be managed by region or business branch. For example, one team member could manage reports for properties in Mexico, while another manages reports for properties in the USA.
Ideally, the reports would appear as coming from two separate business entities, so that “HeusHaven USA” and “HeusHaven MX” can each have their own set of company reports. This would allow teams responsible for different regions to manage and access their reporting independently, while keeping reporting organized and accurate for each branch.

Add the different symbol of the currencies on your Direct Booking Site
Add “USD $” as different as "CAD $" to avoid the guests assuming they are paying CAD when really it’s USD.

Support for Multiple Rate Plans via Hostfully Integration with VRBO
Currently, my rates are synchronized through Hostfully, and I do not have access to the calendar panel in VRBO. This means I can only configure pricing within Hostfully.
However, Hostfully only allows mapping a single rate plan to VRBO. As a result, guests can only see and book one price option.
Use Case Example:
I manage a property where I would like to offer two different rate plans:
Standard Rate Plan
Price: €100
Includes standard cancellation policy (eligible for refund under defined conditions)
Non-Refundable Rate Plan

Import a refund amount from the Marriott bookings to Hostfully automatically
Currently, if there is a refund on Marriott, it is not reflected on Hostfully booking, causing a discrepancy in the booking value between both platforms. It would be great if the refund amount were automatically reflected in the Hostfully booking whenever a refund transaction occurs on Marriott.
