We can view the reviews but didn't know how many in total have left a review. We need a report for it.

Be able to change the error message in DBS when a guest tries to book
When a guest enters dates that don't meet the requirements, instead of showing the error, like "Booking lead time requirement is not met", be able to customize the message. For instance, "call THIS NUMBER to schedule a same day booking" to have the chance to convert the booking.

Show the tab where the property's links to each channel are displayed at the property level of the Multi-unit.
Currently, we can find the links to view the listing on each published channel by going through the Calendar and clicking on the unit type. It would be practical to also be able to view them within the Properties section, in the same way it works with standalone properties, for example.

Improve Booking flow of Vrbo reservation
At the moment, a confirmed booking from Vrbo with success transaction is imported into Hostfully as NEWINQUIRY . Then the start of processBookingRequest method, we set the status as QUOTESENT. After the payment has been processed successfully, we change the status of the lead to BOOKEDBYCUSTOMER and then we thrown the NEW_BOOKING event.
This causes both triggers for 'booking inquiry' and 'booking confirmed' fired for Vrbo confirmed reservation which confuses our guests and miscommunication. Some guests may not be happy because they're asked to pay while they have done it already.

Triggers run for inactive properties
Trigger should fire for inactive properties. We deactivate the properties temporarily, but there are active reservations and we need automated messages sent to guests.

Improved Post-Connection Flow for Channels/Integrations
As a property manager, once I successfully connect to a channel or integration in Hostfully, I’m redirected to a general page listing all available channels and integrations. From there, I have to manually click “Settings” or “Manage this Channel” to reach the property activation page.
It would be a much smoother experience if Hostfully could automatically redirect me to the property activation page right after the connection is completed. This would reduce the number of clicks and help ensure I don’t forget to activate properties, saving time and avoiding missed setup steps.

Allow to add photos to job details in calendar to send to cleaner/handy person
When you click on a job on the calendar, you can only add a note for the job.
I want to have the option to include the attachment to add the photos of the issue, so I have the details of the job needs to be done.

Create a trigger with a condition to apply just to "upcoming bookings"
I would like to set up ne email triggers ot send messages 90 days or less to guests for a listing. However, I am noticing that if I set this new trigger up, it is sending the messages to existing reservations. I only want to them to send to new reservations as the message will impact the guests expectations and experience. How is this not a feature to control???

Add "All Time" to the dates drop-down menu when running a report
When running reports, there are roughly a dozen "preset" timing options in a dropdown menu for dates, ranging from "Today" to "Last Year". It would be helpful, and very simple programming, to add an "All Time" or similar option there.
Currently, this requires the user to select custom dates and then pick a start date sufficiently far into the past, and an end date sufficiently far into the future. The "All Time" option could either remove the time range parameters from the query altogether, or just select default dates of 01/01/2000 to 12/31/2100 or similar.
