  2. When I change the rent manually on Pipeline, I want the rent I input manually to remain the same when I change the number of guest, as long as it's not exceeding the base guest.

    For example. my base guest is 10, I changed the rent to $100 manually on Pipeline. When I edit the lead once more with number of guests = 2 (which is <10), I expect the rate $100 to be kept, instead of the (dynamic) rate on pricing tab.

  4. Currently new Airbnb Guest reviews show at the end of the list, this requires an extra click or more to get to reviews for current guests. If they were sorted so the newest Guest reviews showed at the top of page 1, old reviews can continue to be pushed back to pages 2 and beyond since it is rare to have a need to review them.

  6. Since Taxes are managed by Booking.com, sometimes we don't acknowledge it until reading the article. It'd be great to have a note stating "Booking.com will not take any taxes out until you set them up with Booking.com" so It can be better informative.

  8. When system sends an emails of 'new booking', it serves as no-reply email so when Owner replies to that email, it does not send to our inbox or email.

    It would be much more helpful for the owner to simply hit the reply button and write accept or decline and we can see that reply within Inbox, or at least it can be forwarded to our email in Email settings.

  10. As most of our managers works from their phones it's crucial that all our bookings line up precisely on the app. I got confused today and immediately assumed it's double bookings.

    we want to make it as easy as possible for the managers so they don't over stress when seeing something like the screenshots on hostfully.

    we would like to only see from Airbnb side of the app only confirmed bookings as when we see all the booking request aswell even though it was not approved you immediately start worrying about double bookings, if it is possible to only put…

  15. Sometimes, when the credentials or Property code entered when connecting to VRP are wrong, there's no warning or status to indicate that.
    The only way to know is to create a test booking to see if there's any error. It's after the fact and leads to many issues to deal with.
    It'd be great if the system can test integration status and shows errors if any so we can prevent such issue.

  17. There will be an error OException during parsing request body when I input an amount with comma to Main Settings. For example: 15,999 is not a valid input for nightly base price. (it needs to be 15999). I want to be able to enter the amount with comma, or the system to add a prompt so users know not to put a comma there.

  18. Airbnb has the option to choose to share the Service Fee between the host 3% and the guest 12% OR have the host pay the full-service fee 15%

    I don't see any place to manage that option on Hostfully.
