allow multiple Ids to be uploaded to pre-arrival form, front and back of the ID is required in some jurisdictions, also if it multople guests reservation why do we allow only 1 upload?

Onboarding to Vacation Rent Payment
Hostfully did not advise us during the onboarding process to notify Vacation Rent Payment so a new FORM needed to be created, approved and new USERNAME, PASSWORD and PROPERTY CODE. We went round and round while reservations came in without any payments. The guests were frustrated and so were we!

Send and receive images via SMS
Add functionality so that we can send/receive images via SMS. Direct booking guests especially are defaulting to SMS as communication, and this issue arises regularly.

Hostfully Devices do not show an activity log
Hostfully Devices do not show an activity log. It is very important to be able to know when staff and guests are coming and going. This seems like an obvious need of the integration. I’d like to see a Devices activity log that shows when a guest, cleaner, or other user accesses and leaves the property. This would allow me to track entry and exit times, especially for cleaners, and have better visibility into property access.

Allow hosts to create Google and Apple Calendar events for guests
Hostfully should generate shareable links for the Google Calendar and Apple Calendar events so hosts can send the appropriate link to guests. Guests could then add the pre-populated event directly to their personal calendar without having to enter the information manually.

Guest Rating
If a guest has a poor rating in Air BnB such as 2 or 3 star ratings and low score this should reflect in the guest notes, yes you can manually enter these details about a guest but yes if we were relying on Hostfully to show us a guests rating or prior reviews that would be a potential risk. WE always have to log into Air Bnb to check a guests rating and reviews.

Re-enable the use of Revyoos on the Hostfully Direct Booking Website.
The new DBS does not allow for the use of the Revyoos widget anymore. It would be great to have this re-enabled.

Photo Tour Sync from Airbnb
Fully Support Photo Tour in Airbnb or create a similar photo tour in Hostfully. Currently, Hostfully overwrites the photo tour from Airbnb. The Airbnb photo tour is a great tool to organize photos quickly and assign the name of the category/rooms.

Feature to have different views of Roll Into Rent fees for hosts and guests.
Currently, when a fee is set to Roll Into Rent, it is included directly in the rent amount for both hosts and guests, with no separate breakdown available.
The requested improvement is to allow:
Guest view: The fee remains rolled into the rent amount.
Host view: The fee is displayed as a separate line item or with a clear breakdown.This would allow hosts to better track and understand the fees included in the total rent while keeping the guest-facing pricing view simple.
