separate rental agreements per channel
Reasoning is the cancellation policies are so limited with Airbnb that I really only want to extend the cancellation policy that Airbnb has only to those who discover us through Airbnb. With direct bookings I would prefer what we have listed in our current rentals agreements.

Add service name in Job Dashboard (for Service Providers)
This would support service providers prepare for the service to be provided in terms of materials required, documentations or expectations.
For cleaners and housekeeping team, knowing the type of service / service name will have them prepare to dispatch X number of cleaners with X material.

Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.

Keep old Vrbo thread even changing email address
At the moment, for Vrbo bookings, when changing the email address, it generates a brand new thread without any past conversations, making it hard to track past information. We'd like to keep the old Vrbo thread on Hostfully inbox, even when the guest email was changed

Change the wording on the payment link page. "You are about to secure booking" is misleading, it sounds like the guest isn't really booked.
Change the wording on the payment link page from "You are about to secure your booking" to something else. The wording makes it sound like they aren't fully booked (even though they paid money at the time of booking), and could encourage cancellations.

On the Channel Managers, when you click on Toggle All: to On, and it turns on all properties, it goes back to Off.
It is confusing that the Toggle All button goes back to, or stays at Off, even after you click on it to Toggle all to on. Can it just stay at on if all are on?

Do not require to toggle off and then back on to Apartment in the Room Type field.
Currently, the Room Type field defaults to Apartment, because it is the first in the list. However, to select an apartment type for the Booking.com Room Name field, you must toggle OFF the Room Type: Apartment, then toggle back to it, in order for the booking.com Room Name dropdown to populate with Apartment options.
Can Room Type Apartment just have the Apartment options without toggling off?
OR, leave that field blank and force one to select so it will populate that applicable Booking.com Room Names as applicable?1 vote
