  1. Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.

  2. As I am in a municipal that Airbnb is the only registered platform with the city to accept any booking under 30 days, I still want the opportunity which I can list at other OTAs, but instead of that, I would need the option to list 30days+ in other OTAs.

  3. On web browsers, It's difficult for us to keep up with new messages since we don't get notified when we receive them. It would be helpful if we could get a sound or push notification even to aware about the message.

  4. I would like to have the option to set a trigger for orphan days when a guest booked and a week before or so, the system detects that there's an orphan day so I can offer this automatically to guests.

  5. Currently when payment fails for insufficient funds the booking goes into our calendar and blocks the dates preventing anyone else from booking. In VRBO it looks like a valid reservation. It isn't obvious to the guests or to us that there is a problem with payment so the conversation with the guest continues as usual and check in details are provided. Until I see a vague email from Hostfully saying that a payment failed. It doesn't identify the reservation. Just that a payment failed. If I hadn't been checking my email I wouldn't know. Quite often the email gets lost…

  13. PM is listed as the primary host on an account, should their name appear in messages to guests? Bayside Hospitality Solutions is primary host/co-host on several listings. The messages she sends via HF appear to be coming from the owners, but when she sends messages via Airbnb, her name appears.

    Is this expected behavior?

  15. When I add the cleaning fee as a management fee- the guest does not see this fee in the booking quote when searching for a stay. The management fee is evenly spread across the nightly fee to give a total. This makes it more appealing for bookings. The reason I want the management fee to be taken out of the nightly rate for the owner's report is because that is how my cleaning fee is taken out of the nightly rate in the formula for my property owner statement

  16. How do I read these direct booking reviews? I click on them and nothing opens up. Is the only way to read them is to click on "edit"? You want me to read them in that little edit box. That is not a good software design. That edit box is tiny. This wasn't thought out very well. Please create a request for a feature.

  20. They ONLY send a review reminder or a review request IF the guest has not yet written a review

    This prevents the user from getting an annoying message about "hey can you review us" when he/she has already reviewed their stay.
