  1. Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.

    It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:

  2. I have guests sign a rental agreement through my private DocuSign account. I would like to be able to upload this into the guest record, preferably in Stay Details. I currently keep these in my Google Drive, but I would prefer to have everything in Hostfully.

  3. Airbnb has a new Virtual Tour option where pictures are assigned to rooms and then a sort of virtual tour is available for guests. Hostfully doesn't support this function at this time. Unfortunately, one of their new very popular filters is properties with a virtual tour. This means that we are not showing up on this filter.

    It does not look like Airbnb supports this feature at the moment. Here's an extract from an article on their site: 


    "Airbnb currently doesn’t support embedding virtual tours into your listing. You’ll have to upload your virtual tour elsewhere and direct your visitors there. You can add a URL of that site in the description, which travelers can copy and paste into their browser, or a QR Code in the image gallery that they can scan."

  4. As a PM, I would like to have more property-type options in Airbnb to choose from. At the moment, PMP is missing these: barn, campsite, casaparticular, cycladichouse, dammuso, farmstay, guestsuite, heritagehotel, kezhan, minsu, pension, ryokan, shepherdshut, trullo, windmill.

  5. I would like to notify Owner's, not only when there is a new booking, but also when there is a JUST a Date Change to a booking. Currently, anytime there is any change, even just adding, say, a new phone number, or # of guest, Owner's get another notice.

  8. As an owner, I cannot easily tell which report is which from Owner Portal. It'd be better if we can add the date to when the report was sent, or the date range to Owner Portal > Statements.

  9. Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

After guest count (i.e. finding a place large enough for their group) the next most important thing to a would-be guest when searching for a property is that it has the amenities they are looking for. Right now, people have no way of knowing which properties have their preferred amenities other than clicking into each property and searching around for it in the listing details or photos. This is painful and makes for a poor experience!

  13. Let's optimize the calendar page layout by killing the dead space at the top.
    For that we'll do the following:
    - remove the h1 title
    - move the filter icon
    - move up calendar to the top below the nav
    - have the horizontal scrollbar coincide with the bottom of the browser

  15. As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.

    "Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section

    So they should be separated.

  16. Currently Hostfully aggregates a database of all guests, however the UX of this feature leaves a lot to be desired.

    Not only is the guest list hard to find, (you have to navigate to the pipeline then click “See all customers”), but guests are sorted alphabetically by first name (last would make more sense) and within the letter categories, the individual names seem to be in no discernible order.

    This could be a very valuable tool for rebooking guests, and looking up reservations especially if combined with the auto-saving notes from the guests booking and the ability to access reservations…

  17. It would be super useful to have an at-a-glance view of all booked services. At present, it is very easy to miss a service, since service provide notifications do not work correctly.

    This could either be a calendar style view, or an addition to the logistics report.

  18. Inbox Replies from Guests should ONLY include their reply, and not have the entire message I sent them tacked onto it. I already know what I sent them, as it's right below their reply. Don't need to have what I sent them included in their reply. It is redundant and messy.

  19. Hi, you should let add info from the pre arrival forms to the enhanced reports. In my case, the Colombian government make us have a registration card for each reservation so the info I need from guests, can be add to the pre arrival form and then to the reports.
    The passport number CANNOT be added to the enhanced logistics report because is not available.
