  1. On the summary, we should be able to see check-ins and check-outs information for the day and next couple of days. Why do I have the info (see photo) check in today, posted 3 days ago? This is a past event and should not appear. Make a lot of confusion.
    It should similar or what Airbnb offers.
    Besides that, info for check in and check out, should be shown with different colors, to be easier to identify.

  2. Good morning,
    I would like to do 3 calendars in one property. As hotels do. Because I have 3 similar properties at the same building, once I have 3 different advertisements, I would like to have 1 advertisement only, but 3 calendars

    It's because The guest will stop to ask with it is the same property because they look the same. It would show less opportunities in the area and the guest would think fast to book the property.

  3. We are looking to send messages to our current guests when there are additional nights available at the property they are staying at. In order to automate this process we would need a trigger that sends the message 1 day before check out if the property is available for the guest to extend their stay.

  4. Many times I do a quick BLOCK on a set of dates for someone off-channel who wants to stay to no one can book it.
    Once we work out the details, I want to go from the block to a HOLD or BOOKING.
    But it won't convert. So - I have to cancel the block, and am nervous during that few mins that someone could block a date on a channel and mess up the booking!

    Simple fix would be to allow to covert a Block to hold or booking, so it never goes unavailable for someone to grab while…

  7. For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

  9. Name formula be used to automatically pull data from the already set up property: i.e. using no. of bedrooms, location, and property type to create a property name: e.g. 4 bedroom loft in Ontairo...?

  13. Sometimes, when the credentials or Property code entered when connecting to VRP are wrong, there's no warning or status to indicate that.
    The only way to know is to create a test booking to see if there's any error. It's after the fact and leads to many issues to deal with.
    It'd be great if the system can test integration status and shows errors if any so we can prevent such issue.

  15. The Min. Wknd Stay will be updated automatically for dates that have not been modified (Green color in Pricing page)

    For dates with Orange color, PM would have to manually modify the minimum stay or click "Reset", however, both of the Minimum stay and Daily Rate would be reset.

    As a result, manual work must be initiated because there're some weekend dates with dynamic daily pricing.

    It will take lots of time and effort to adjust each weekend once again. It'd be great if we can reset the whole pricing calendar from main settings.

  18. When I accepted Airbnb booking request from Inbox, the lead status in Hostfully did not change. So I tried to accept it again and got the error message "AxiosError: Request failed with status code 400".

    After checking with Support, we figured out it's because payment was pending from guest.

    So if the message is made more clear for future errors, it would be more understandable and helpful.
