  1. "Percentage at reservation" from Property Settings => Main settings tab, for example 30% at reservation and collect balance at 15 days prior to checkin date => this variable "Percentage at reservation" will pull 30%

    "Deposit amount" means the amount guest has to paid at reservation. For example percentage amount at Property Settings => Main settings tab is 30% and guest's booking total without Security deposit is $1000 so this variable "Deposit amount" pulls 30% * 1000$ = 300$

  3. At the moment, [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$] and [$TRANSACTIONID$] only work in the system template "Transaction paid in full" automatically sent by the system. If I resend this template from Inbox or use these variables in custom templates, they won't populate.

  6. I want to be able to later report on what parts of the country guests are coming from so that I can then spend $ on ads in those areas. (this won’t work for Airbnb bookings)

  7. Two separate asks I suppose:

    (1) Ability to create a code without an expiration date
    (2) Configure codes for a minimum night stay so that we can tier offers (ex 10% off when you stay 3 nights, 20% off for 10 nights)

  9. Sometimes guests need Invoices, it would be easier if they could request an invoice from their Guest Portal > Property managers receive an email about that request and manually send them their Statement Invoice via Hostfully Inbox

  12. As a Property Manager, I would like to get as much information as possible about the SMS/Email notification upon receiving a new message. It would be better to know which guest [$GUESTNAME$] is sending the message, from which channel [$LEADCHANNEL$]/which property [$PROPERTYINTERNALNAME$].

    At the moment, only these 2 variables work for trigger event “New Message in Inbox” because the message is thread-oriented. I want more variables to work with this event.

  13. I would like to be able to remove the check-in restriction created by Turn Over Days setting in Main Settings for a specific date. When I go to Pricing tab and untick the check-in restriction, it can't be removed.

  14. A guest booked, left early and vacated the house for 2 weeks. The reservation was confirmed and paid. As a PM, I want to open the rest of the dates (2 weeks) without having to cancel or modify the booking.

  17. Please create the option book within a specific period of time, from when the code was sent. i.e. when a guest checks out, they can receive the greatest discount to book with 72 hours of their stay. This would stimulate return bookings. I have seen these offers work at the end of a conference or the like. The best time to book your next trip is while you are enjoying your current one.

  18. This feature would allow a host to keep track of how many guests were confirmed to have arrived, given early access, etc. With multiple people managing an inbox, or even one that is busy, it is hard to mentally recall if everyone has what they need to check in.
