  1. I would find it very useful to be able to run a report for a period in the future, without having to select Custom and pick a date range.

    Some examples of values I've wanted to use:

    "Next 365 days" - If it's Dec15 and I want to run a Booking Report for the upcoming year.

    "All future" - Get data to help with prediction and forecasting.

    In many UIs, anywhere there is a "This Month" and "Last Month", there's also a "Next Month" option, as another example.

  2. In the Recent Reports list under Enhanced Reports, it would be very helpful to show the filters that were used to generate the report. This would save me having to run the same report over and over when the data didn't change.

    For example, if I run a report for last year, in most cases that data isn't going to be different tomorrow. I should be able to just open the report I already ran.

    Another example: if I run the same report for several properties, having the property shown in the Recent list would make it obvious which ones…

  3. We have several return guests and I do not want them to have to fill out the pre arrival form and rental conditions every time they book. However, I do still want them to receive every other trigger that we have created for their stay. We wish to have a way to stop that template that includes our pre arrival form from being sent out to specific guests who have stayed with us before.   4. If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

  7. When we send a quote, it is important to see in that quote the discount applied. For instance, I set 10% for more than a week. Instead to change automatically the daily rate, it should show the discount applied as a single line. I believe that Guests would be more inclined to book with a discount.

  9. The most useful inbox filter would be conversations where guests have sent messages to us, but we haven't replied yet. Sometimes these get buried, and it requires going through every single thread to look it over. Ideally this would be set up so that automated messages from triggers/templates did not count as replies from us.

    Or possible this could be set up through a totally different field. For example, each message thread could have a status box next to it. Whenever a guest sent a message, it could update that status box to say "Needs attention" in yellow. Then if…

Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

  15. For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

  17. When a guest requests to alter their Airbnb stay, the notification only goes through Airbnb. I'm a co-host and have several other Airbnb accounts connected to my Hostfully account. When guests request an alteration, I don’t get any notification of that.

    I would like for Hostfully to provide notification for me so I can approve/decline Airbnb guests for an altered stay.

  19. I need to have a variable to pull the available property with an agency web link, not DBS link for "Email Property List"
    As an example: for instead when an available property is:

  20. In the pipeline tab there is a Link at the top where you can "see all customers". I would like the option to be able to add customer info manually. This would be amazing for when I meet people in person that say they want to come stay at one of my properties and I could just save their info in their directly. I can then send communications directly from their contact page. This would significantly increase workflow and help with marketing, etc...
