Able to customize the calculation of Fees and Taxes with % value
Currently when setting up a fee or tax with % value, they are only based on the Rent amount. It would be great if we could decide either Rent or Rent + Cleaning fee or the Total amount of the lead or whatever to apply the fee or tax

Add call to action options to custom templates

See pre-arrival form details on the app
It would be great to be able to see the info on the app. If I'm on-site at our property without my computer then I have no way to view that info, so it would be nice to be able to!

Date choice automation for enhanced reports
Choose your dates for when you'd like the automation of enhanced reports to be sent out via email / owners portal. E.g. 5th March to start sending out a monthly report.

Display "Set Taxation" option when pushing data from Hostfully to create new BDC listings
I got this error when trying to create new BDC listings from Hostfully. The listings are in France:
TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyRegisteredInVcs is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyHasVat is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPA_Extensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyDeclaresRevenue is mandatory for this location(#321)
The option to Set Taxation is only visible for connected listing. Thus, to solve this, I have to create a hotel from BDC first before connecting it to Hostfully.

Filter leads response by source / status / creation date
We are using leads to generate statistics & charts. We only need leads generated through ORBIRENTALWIDGET and ORBIRENTALFORM source.
Without requested filters, we are going through each of the leads, and using the targeted sources. Here, we are spending our api request quota.
It would be great if you could consider following changes in future updates.
1. Filter leads by sources.
2. Filter leads by statuses.
3. Filter leads by date created before / after.

Initial Fields Within the Rental Conditions
Add the ability for guest's to have to sign or initial the rental conditions within the document (such as if you have a specific section you want them to note), not just the overall document.
And/Or the ability to add multiple required signed forms such as adding a liability form for kayaks/bikes/etc.

Basically I am just trying to find a hack to make your system authorize a credit card when a booking outside of 30 days is made so a credit card is taken. I like when the additional charge option is turned on for direct bookings but not for API connected. I am not interested in collecting a security deposit but thought it might be the 'hack' I need to get the CC authorization. If we were only on Airbnb would be fine since it wouldn't charge the security deposit but VRBO does and even set at $1 will add customer…

Ability to remove Third Party agency directly from the PMP
Right now, to remove a Third party agency from the PMP, PM need to make a request and it needs to be escalated. PM would like the ability to remove the Third party directly from the PMP (for example, with a delete option)
