  1. When a report is multiple pages it helps to be able to see what column is pertaining to the information needed, ie, when filling out a tax report or the Owners payout report. A date stamp would just help narrow down which report is the correct one.

  3. We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.

  4. The report currently pulls all leads and doesn’t have a mechanism to handle group bookings yet. All main booking and sub bookings appear in the report causing incorrect financial statement.

    So only main booking should appear in the report, not sub bookings.

  5. For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

  6. The filter function for pipeline under "properties", create a drop down list that allows you to click multiple properties to filter by, not just 1 at a time!

    Or - add the "property tag" filter option.

    Either way, I want to be able to filter out properties that I do not manage so only my properties are shown in the pipeline.

    As a large company with several managers we are currently unable to filter out each others' properties, so leads/inquiries get lost on the pipeline...

  7. When the checkboxes related to new listing discounts for Vrbo are disabled (i.e., not clickable), this indicates that the eligibility period for the discount has ended. However, this is not immediately obvious to users, as the checkbox label may still suggest the discount is available, causing confusion.

  12. Using the PATCH properties endpoint, if we want to update the "cleaningFee" within the "pricing" object, we are also required to supply the "dailyRate" value in order to keep the call from failing.

    This is not desirable, because the PMS "dailyRate" may have been updated for many reasons, multiple times, and there is no "sync" from PMS back to our database, making this a very manual process to keep things aligned.

    The only workaround we can think of now is a complex "round-trip" of data:

    • call GET Properties endpoint to grab any data that may be overwritten during PATCH

  13. It ill be great to have a DBS button the same way it works for Airbnb. This is because we're a business who work in business hours. We have instant booking setup in general but after a certain time in the day, it becomes more complicated to accept a last-minute guest. They should be able to submit requests too.

  14. If I add a note to a guest's Lead Details there is no way to know if notes have been added. If there are any other significant messages or other information that needs to be highlighted there is no way to do it.
    Right now at shift change each person has to read every message and look for notes of every guest since their last shift.
    If we could turn on a star or color dot next to the guest's name in the left column an admin could quickly scroll down the list and see which guests need attention.

  15. It would be helpful to have a way to extract or report on the number of messages sent and received for a specific property. This would allow us to better track communication volume and workload across our listings. Ideally, this data could be filtered by property and time range, and made available for export.

    We currently use Hostfully to manage a growing portfolio of properties, and we’d love to offer more tailored access to owners whose properties are part of our ecosystem. This would allow us to increase cross-utilization, streamline internal coordination, and maintain operational control.
