  4. When viewing a booking in Calendar, I want to have a button to direct to that booking in Pipeline so I can take Pipeline actions like "Send payment reminder" without having to open Pipeline and teaching for the booking again.

  5. Two separate asks I suppose:

    (1) Ability to create a code without an expiration date
    (2) Configure codes for a minimum night stay so that we can tier offers (ex 10% off when you stay 3 nights, 20% off for 10 nights)

As a paying customer I need to have the information about my subscription charges, I need to understand when is the subscription expiring, what is my balance and how much extra I am paying for adding the properties. By not having a transparent information and not having access to it, I don't have trust to the platform, it is difficult to plan and budget my expenses. It benefits both users and platform to have transparency and
    honesty. This is critical information that should be easily accessible to the users

  7. Not being able to modify DBS price display for Units once you click from frontpage shows an average price which is higher than half of our year and can turn away guests that are looking for lower prices. This is misleading guests.

    It should be exactly the same as the units that show on the front page.

  8. Be able to set the trigger for the review post on Airbnb in less than 24 hours.
    Currently, the review post trigger just only allows the setting more than 24 hours after stay ends.

  10. This option helps connect multiple Vrbo accounts. However, the user interface of this feature in Property Management Platform is not clear and user-friendly for property managers to understand its function. It should be located on the same Vrbo channel page, rather than Third-party agency dropdown and "Listed by" option under property Main Settings. I want this feature to work seamlessly as connecting with multiple Airbnb accounts.

  11. Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.
    It should be a report to show us the original status of a booking as we want to the conversion % from inquiries/booking requests to confirmed bookings.

  12. No matter if it is a brand new code or a code that is not expired, as the guest is entering the code it says invalid until the whole code is entered. This makes a lot of guests stop before it is completed and calls that say the code does not work.

  13. I mean the code can be used for many bookings during the time periods as long as the booking is valid. But each user/email, when making a reservation, can only use that code once.

  19. Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

  20. I want to be able to move Airbnb/Booking.com reservations in Hostfully without adjusting them on the channel sites to optimize my portfolio.
