  2. Allow a direct booking extension when guests book from sites such as Booking.com/Airbnb.
    We currently have to create a new booking if a guest would like to extend their stay which then creates a request for ID/deposit etc and then they will get various messages which aren't necessary. We need the ability to extend an existing booking directly

  5. At the moment, we can only see the total rent on the mobile app.

    It would be really helpful for us as hosts or property managers to see the rate multiplier on the mobile app because we often check and adjust rates on the go. Being able to quickly reference the multiplier - just like on the desktop version - would make it easier to ensure our pricing strategy stays consistent without needing to switch devices. :)

    Currently, to remove a LEID from our account in Hostfully, property managers must contact Support. This process can be time-consuming and requires manual intervention, which can delay operations and lead to inefficiencies.

    Requested Feature:

    I propose that Hostfully implements a feature that allows users to directly remove LEIDs from their accounts within the platform. This functionality would empower users to manage their LEIDs independently, without the need to go through Support.

    Benefits:

    Streamlined Operations: Users can manage LEIDs quickly and efficiently, without waiting for Support.

  8. Be able to keep the balance in city ledger or guest ledger or advance deposit. To include revenue for the days and balance of city ledger (guest who already checked out and have outstanding balance), guest ledger ( the guest who are still in house and have any outstanding balance) or advance deposit account.

  10. The system currently permits users to select check-out dates that do not meet the minimum night requirement. However, when entering guest details, an error message in the booking widget states "Minimum stay is not met." This could potentially confuse guests and lead to a loss of interest.

  12. Requesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming.

    Key Issues:
    Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
    Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.

  20. The system MUST automatically update prices with the standard rate for every month that opens in the future. Since we have the ability to have open windows of 12 or more months this is not easy to have it on our minds especially when you are managing too many properties or is high season...this involves the risk to receive reservations in humiliatingly low price.
