  1. Discount codes - such as for a rolling last minute discount - should be editable. It's a pain to have to delete and recreate them constantly.

  2. If the Tax rate in Property Main Settings is 11.325%, then when we use variable {TAX_RATE} to extract the value, we would like to have it showed as 11.325% instead of the rounded value which is 11.3%

  4. I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.

    For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.

    This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

  5. At the moment, when scheudling reports, we don't have an option to choose Next month for Date range.

    The use is for our service providers to see next months schedule and the only options are last month or this month. I need to send out future booking reports to our service providers (cleaners, snow plowers, etc) and owners as well for them to see a schedule one month ahead of time

  7. The internal thumbnail image shows up on the Available Property List, but not the quote or alternative properties messages. It would be great to have those thumbnail images appear in the other messages as well. Or, have those as variables that can be added to messages!

  13. Currently, the Property managers (PM) can see all conversations: PM <> Guest, PM <> Owner, PM <> Service Provider.
    However, there's no "Contact" filter in the Inbox to help direct us to the correct threads among PM and Owner, Service Provider.

  14. I'm sure other STR users have this need. This is when you have guests cancel for legitimate reasons such as cancelling last minute for deaths in the family, hurricanes evacuation (or any storm related issues like snow storms, ice storms etc.) that warrant people getting money back but willing to accept a credit so both parties don't suffer. Or just good will on the host's end if someone needs to cancel without losing all their funds. This could be a partial credit, one night credit, cleaning fee credit etc. to use at another time. I would just need something that…

  15. Currently, when a guest submits a booking request, it says that they host has 24 hours to confirm the request.  It would be helpful to have a way to change the number of hours to something like 48 hours for direct booking requests.

  16. I want to allow uploads of government ID files in PDF form in our Pre-arrival Form. It'd be great to display supported file types next to the upload field so that guests are aware of what can be uploaded. Currently, PDF files are not supported.

  18. When creating a report, I would like to be able to create a conditional similar to isChannel(airbnb) to check the property and/or owner. There are situations where we want to adjust an amount for a specific property that are not covered by any of the existing conditionals.

  19. Ability to easily switch between properties while editing a property. You have this ability on the calendar page, but not on the property edit page. You currently have to go to all properties, which takes awhile to load, and then click the next property. Vs a dropdown to just switch. A previous post you said the functionality exists, it does not.

  20. Guests receive an automated message in a specific language, but the variable "check-in instructions" from the property page can not be created in multiple languages. Many guests receive a german message, but the access instruction in that message are in english, this is a very bad guest experience.
