  1. We already get the notification from each platform about cancellation through text message and email. What I want to have is the notification through hostfully. If we get any cancellation information in dashboard or inside of hostfully app or web, it should be more intuitive and easy to collect all of the information

  2. At the moment, for Vrbo bookings, when changing the email address, it generates a brand new thread without any past conversations, making it hard to track past information. We'd like to keep the old Vrbo thread on Hostfully inbox, even when the guest email was changed

  4. Just wondering if I can add a button to the booking info area that asked them where they found out about us? Google, press, social media etc. I need to know what marketing is working and what isn't - Yes of course. So on the box on the right where you book your stay and it asks for your info. Could I add a line that asks where they found us?

    The drop down has Google? word of mouth? press article? Instagram?

  5. There needs to be a way to view the calendar on the app without seeing the prices. For example if I'm showing a family member or business contractor my calendar I don't want them seeing what my nightly prices are. On the desktop version it's called "Booking View."

This is the best i have been able to do regarding iCal sync to google calendar, but I would really love if I could tell which property this guest is arriving to on google calendar because the name alone does not help me in preparation for the guests arrival (would be so much better if it provided the property that the guest was checking into.

    If it would allow me to change the url to the name of the property and show that instead of platform.hostfully that would certainly be ideal.

  11. A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
    It would be good to have the option to process the second payment thorugh VRBO like how the guest sees it for the first one.

  12. We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

  14. Allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We have incurred $400 in fees this week due to this issue.

  17. Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC

    Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)

    However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

    In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

  18. Hello, is there a "variable" for the next check-in date? I am looking to put this in a message for my inspector/handyman, in stating the checkout of the current stay and including when the next check-in is, in case there is something to be fixed, he knows how much time he has to fix it.

  19. Reasoning is the cancellation policies are so limited with Airbnb that I really only want to extend the cancellation policy that Airbnb has only to those who discover us through Airbnb. With direct bookings I would prefer what we have listed in our current rentals agreements.
