  1. I want to set max 4 adults and max 5 children, max 6 occupancy in my BDC listing, and the current design max children = max occupancy -1 does not work for me so I want to have separate fields to set it so it can reflect correctly

  3. It looks like we had an Airbnb message that may have errored because the word "google" was in the message and it was not yet a confirmed reservation. The error message would be more helpful if it describes what the problem is.

  4. I would like to be able to do all these pipeline actions on bookings/inquiries in the Calendar rather than needing to move to the Pipeline to complete these tasks:
    - Mark as booked
    - Mark as paid
    - Place on hold / extend hold / revoke hold
    - Close lead
    - Cancel booking
    - Re-open (a closed lead)
    - Record a payment

  5. Guest pre-arrival form that collects phone numbers instead of email addresses in case guests have to be evacuated from a wildfire.

    If a neighborhood rips through a neighborhood, making contact with a guest via email isn't an effective way to contact all guests to evacuate.

  10. When a guest requests to alter their Airbnb stay, the notification only goes through Airbnb. I'm a co-host and have several other Airbnb accounts connected to my Hostfully account. When guests request an alteration, I don’t get any notification of that.

    I would like for Hostfully to provide notification for me so I can approve/decline Airbnb guests for an altered stay.

  11. Sometimes some messages failed to be sent due to server errors (Call failed 500, 429, 404). I had to go to Message Log > manually re-fired it. However, it will be better if the system automatically retries the failed messages for these types of errors.

  13. When I change the rent manually on Pipeline, I want the rent I input manually to remain the same when I change the number of guest, as long as it's not exceeding the base guest.

    For example. my base guest is 10, I changed the rent to $100 manually on Pipeline. When I edit the lead once more with number of guests = 2 (which is <10), I expect the rate $100 to be kept, instead of the (dynamic) rate on pricing tab.

  15. At the end of the month I complete a spreadsheet capturing the final revenue and occupancy data for each property. Right now I have to download as csv and filter one property at a time. I would just like to see a summmary of all properties for a given time frame.

    Note: we can almost do this with the “property report”
    But it shows “estimated revenue” which isn’t accurate.

    Additionally: on the above “property report”
    Is a custom equation called “time period” or something like that that updates the number of days to a particular month. This equation should be…
